I ordered over 900.00 worth of wallpaper on April 10th, 2026 and I am still waiting to hear that it has shipped. This does not seem like a reasonable amount of time for preparation for shipping.

2 years running has sent me green tinged wallpaper when I am
Trying to match the “majestic brown” I bought at the same time.
They sell multiple colors under the same name.
Now let’s see if they will permit a return. Last year they ignored my emails.

It’s nice they they give you free…
It’s nice they they give you free samples that are quite large, so you can get a good idea how they would look on your wall. That arrived quickly. Good communication.However, I think $15 for shipping is a little excessive.

Charged for "Free Samples"…
I ordered 4 "free" samples and was charged $40.00. There were only 3 samples in the shipment. On a positive note, the 3 samples I received were very nice.

Sample Orders A Real Plus
Having a new home built and making thought I’d make some wallpaper selections online. Only problem is that it really isn’t the easiest task unless a sample can be seen first. I don’t mind paying for the swatch or mailing as it certainly saves having to send an entire shipment of rolls back if they look entirely different in person. Received the samples quickly and a generous size so worth the added step. Will be placing my order as soon as a bit further along in the construction process.

I know you show an advice re samples sizes but as they are charged the same rate they should be provided in the same size.

The wallpaper samples arrived in a very timely manner and are beautiful selections. You can tell that the wallpaper is a very nice quality as well! Our only challenge is in being able to decide which one we like best! :)
