I ordered over 900.00 worth of wallpaper on April 10th, 2026 and I am still waiting to hear that it has shipped. This does not seem like a reasonable amount of time for preparation for shipping.

Ordered sample...4-5 weeks later still nothing

I ordered a sample (between4-5 weeks ago) for a project where we already had crew onsite waiting to get started. The sample wasn't arriving and timelines were tight so I wrote to try to get the sample delivered given I never got a tracking number and weeks kept going by with no end in site. I pleaded (given crew and timelines) for them to please reship the sample and overnight it given its been many many many weeks and not even a tracking number in 4-5 weeks (even still). I pleaded to reship it if its somehow lost but they just ignored that request and have me sitting here waiting with crew onsite on the job with no wallpaper to install as we can't even get them to send the sample we paid for. Terrible experience so far.

No where are you given a choice of…

No where are you given a choice of single or double rolls. A lay person can not be expected to know the dimensions of a roll. When I asked my wallpaper hangar how many rolls I need for our space, he said six. I didn’t know the price of this paper was for a double roll, so I ordered and paid for twice as much as I needed.
When I returned three rolls, I lost 30 percent plus the cost of shipping.
I notice most of your other papers either give you a choice of single or double rolls or say clearly that the price is per double roll.

My order was cancelled twice on the day it was expected to be delivered and they never returned my messages to tell me why.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Accidentally order the same swatch twice. It was caught by customer service, verified with me if ordered twice was correct, then fixed the problem. So appreciate their attention.

Walls Republic DOES NOT CARE about CUSTOMERS

If I get give a zero star, I would. The wallpaper arrived and looked like classroom bulletin board paper. It was very expensive and I order 13 rolls. I didn’t read the fine lines when I opened it to take a closer look at the paper, so when I went to return the rolls , I accepted the loss (no exchange or refund if you open a roll). Therefore, I requested samples for an exchange , they rob you of your money for a refund (30% restock fee). They overcharged me for the samples and I had to bring to their attention they made a mistake. The samples did not meet my expectations but I was in between a rock and a hard place so I had to make a choice. However, I couldn’t make a selection until they received the rolls I returned. When you return, you have to pay for shipping. At this point, on a $1300 order, I’ve lost $300 on a roll and now $78 for shipping. Additionally, I paid for a contractor to install the wall paper but since it was so ugly, I had to reschedule him. I still had to pay for cancelling the install day with him. Weeks go by and no word on them receiving my return order. Their warehouse received the box, wrote on the box how many rolls returned and then sent the same wallpaper back to me. When I received the box, I was so frustrated. Lugging 12 rolls of wallpaper back and forth to UPS is challenging especially with a shoulder injury. When I contacted the customer service manager Gracie about receiving the same wallpaper, I was at UPS and asked her for a label. She went back and forth about the label and I told her, you do not expect me to pay for another label when this is your warehouse’s fault? After waiting in UPS for over an hour, she agreed to send the label. It took another month to receive an email stating they received the wallpaper. I asked for a refund at this point and asked if they would consider reducing the restock fee. Gracie, emailed and said I couldn’t get a refund and had to pick out more wallpaper. As a customer, Wall Republic does not prioritize customers or what your family is experiencing. For over 4 months, this project was stalled , past Thanksgiving and now here we are with the rest of the year end celebrations. I hoped the remodel would have been completed by now. I started this project last summer and at the end of all of their mistakes, they are forcing a customer to get more wall paper rather than returning my money. After all of the patience and efforts I provided, I am beyond disappointed and escalating my concerns. There are so many options people can turn to , with customer service that cares about the consumer experience. Please seek out a company that appreciates your hard earned money, customers experiences and the impact on families. Walls Republic clearly doesn’t care.

Wallpaper arrived on time! True to sample and very reasonably priced! Will order in the future from this company. Could not be happier!!!

So disappointed in the return policy

So disappointed in the return policy. I didn’t get to use the paper I ordered because of an accident my husband had and surgery. I returned my 2nd order with a 30% restocking fee ( outrageous) but because my first order was over 30 days they wouldn’t let me return it. I explained my hardship to them regarding the accident and surgery but they didn’t seem to care about the customer. I know it was policy but I also know customer service goes a long way and I will never purchase fro Walls Republic again.

I can only rate the ordering part. WR had a wonderful rep who was able to size all my walls and tell me exactly how much I needed. If they get it all correct, I will make sure I leave another review.
