I love the idea and the scents! I’m on my 5th machine because they never last! Thats almost $2K in the last 2-3 years! Just unacceptable! Their website is almost impossible to get any help from.

Their public response was clearly for show. Twenty Three days later, there has been no outreach, no questions, and no real effort to address anything. If a company truly cared, action would follow words. Mine didn’t. I would strongly advise consumers to avoid this company entirely.e your money and skip AromaTech.
I paid over $300 for one of their larger diffuser units, and after only about a year and a half it began shutting itself off within seconds. I followed every troubleshooting step they sent, provided videos, photos, and multiple emails, only to be told my warranty was expired and offered 20% off buying another product. A company asking you to spend more money after a $300 product fails this quickly says everything you need to know. Even worse, my unit was repeatedly identified incorrectly during customer service, which made the whole process feel careless and dismissive. For the price, the quality does not match, and the company clearly does not stand behind its product once there is a problem. I now have every part of the correspondence in writing, and based on both the product and the way this was handled, I would strongly recommend choosing another brand.

I purchased a diffuser from this company and initially expected a premium experience, but it quickly turned into a frustrating one.
After upgrading to a new iPhone, the diffuser would no longer connect, making it essentially unusable. A smart device that stops working with a common phone upgrade defeats the entire purpose. On top of that, the unit is surprisingly loud, which makes it unsuitable for a bedroom or relaxing environment.
I contacted customer service multiple times, hoping for troubleshooting help or a replacement, but I was given the runaround and no real solution. It felt like they were more interested in closing the ticket than standing behind their product.
I also submitted a review on their website that was never published. Notably, their site shows only 4- and 5-star reviews, which raises concerns about whether negative feedback is being filtered.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or the company’s customer support.

First unit died within 6 months, second one lasted just about a year. Overpriced junk. Now left with super expensive oil and nothing to do with it. Do not buy.

Ambience unit stopped working right after warranty expired. The fix to this issue was to up sale me or offer me an over priced scent that I have no functioning unit to use it in. This was not the first time I had an issue with the unit. I would advise staying away from this company, as their products don’t hold up to the cost!

Bad experience. I emailed customer service after the first response they haven’t responded back in over 1.5 weeks. I followed the steps they gave me and gave them all the information but haven’t heard back.

I like their scents. That’s the only positive thing I have to say about this company. I purchased their $300 diffuser that broke after 4 months of use. Emailed back and forth with the company 5-6 times and they asked for all this information, that I gave. I ran a million cleaning cycles, gave serial codes and then after the 6th email, they wanted to get on the phone to troubleshoot. They just want to waste your time, instead of having you send in the machines with a prepaid label and sending you a new one, like a normal company. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I’m writing to express my concern regarding the Aromini Mini BT diffuser that I purchased on January 15, 2024. After only moderate use, the unit has stopped functioning properly—specifically, there is no air puff being emitted/motor stopped working.
At the time of purchase, I selected this diffuser in part because your site indicated that repair services were available via mail-in. However, I’ve since learned that this option is no longer being offered and that my only recourse is to purchase a replacement base for $50.
If the terms of your support policy have changed since my purchase, I believe I should have been informed, especially as it directly impacts the usability and longevity of the product I bought in good faith. A sudden shift from offering repair to requiring a replacement at additional cost feels both unfair and contrary to the expectations set at the time of sale.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

DO NOT BUY THESE DIFFUSERS!
I have had 2 of these and both failed within 2 months. The first one was purchased on Amazon, and because Amazon has a longer window for returns I was able to get a refund. I like the Santal fragrance so I thought I would give this another shot and purchased directly from this site. Like clockwork, this failed after filling with fragrance a second time. I ran Aromatech's cleaning solution and followed their directions if you are having issues to no avail. Unfortunately since this one failed right after the window I was able to return it for a refund, only 1 month if you purchase on this website, my only options are an exchange for a working unit. This feels like a scam because they are making way more money on the fragrance refills so they can just continue you to send you new ones when they fail. I strongly recommend NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

TOXIC TOXIC OILS! I purchased these oils last month from Aromatech and the diffuser started leaking and decomposed all my furniture that costed $2000! I tried contacting the customer service and their response was this has never happened before. I found contact information of their entire team and heard no response Dimitri Gailit, Heather Lutz, Tim Apgar, Tim Micklos, Angelica Rog!!! What is this company doing?? Respond to my emails now and reimburse me!!!

Bad customer service. Doesn’t stand behind their diffusers. If one doesn’t work, you’re out of luck…stuck with a broken device. Bought several over the years and if they break you’re on your own. They don’t even offer the option to repair it. For the over priced diffusers (compared to other quality ones on the market now), don’t waste your money! After all the money my business has spent with this company over the years and their lack of support, we will not be buying devices or oils from AromaTech anymore.

Horrible Horrible experience. The oil at aromatech is absolutely not natural. I asked them to tell me the ingredients and what do you know! It was all chemicals no one can understand!! With all the train derailments and people getting sick, we need to get these kind of products off the shelves! I asked for a refund and their manager attempted to reassure me the product were all natural and organic. I need to escalate this and bring this to VP Tim Apgar and CEO Dimitri Gailit. STAY AWAY!!
