I ordered over 900.00 worth of wallpaper on April 10th, 2026 and I am still waiting to hear that it has shipped. This does not seem like a reasonable amount of time for preparation for shipping.

Ordered 3 samples from wallsrepublic and paid $15 for shipping. It’s been 1.5weeks since I ordered and the samples have yet to be shipped. What’s the point of paying these expensive shipping fees if it will take 3 weeks to get the samples..

Originally gave 1 star but edited to say that I received 1/3 of my orders of samples and the samples are HUGE and gorgeous quality. After writing to customer service they responded about the wait time and I'm excited for the rest to come in. The quality of the product and sample size is worth the wait, though I feel like I did need to nudge customer service for the orders to ship out.

As a professional, not having lead time clarity is very troublesome. I've been satisfied with the products, but unfortunately I may not be able purchase from WP again.

The image does not match the actual wallpaper. The company refused to allow a return, because it was a clearance item. So what? What difference does that make to us? The company wants to get rid of "clearance" items, which I guess is more important to the bottom line, and the customer's satisfaction with their purchase is not..
Never again.. Do not purchase wallpaper from here. I now have three double rolls that I cannot use.
