I would never buy a wallpaper on-line without first seeing it, but £16 for a sample is exorbitant! You won't be getting our business I'm afraid.

The wallpaper is overly complicated to put up and the instructions (& name of the company) make out it’s easy! The paper is very thin and the whole process is time consuming! Pasting the back of the paper means all the paper distorts so when it comes to putting it on the wall the pattern doesn’t match up! I now have patches where it matches all the way down apart from the very bottom! Luckily, I used a professional who made it work but I dread to think how it would have ended up with an inexperienced person hanging it! However, the professional said he would turn down any future jobs that use this wallpaper!
Saying all this, the pattern is lovely and impressive now it’s on my wall but it’s not worth it!

Avoid! Very difficult and time consuming process for poor results. I’ve papered plenty walls in the past but this was by far the worst ‘wallpaper’ I’ve had the misfortune to try and hang! From the elaborate pasting process, to the thinnest paper, to the pattern smudging as you hang. Avoid at all cost folks!

GREAT product! Super fast shipping, beautiful quality, looks AMAZING! That said, installation is not for the faint of heart. My husband and I were total newbies, and we were about to give up for a minute. However, Andreas and his team were AMAZINGLY helpful, answering questions super fast through the app. My tips: sand the walls if they have even a little bit of texture, and use a very thick layer of glue. It will help the paper slide around a bit on the wall for easier alignment, and lastly, "seal" the seams of the paper with a bit of paste on top. All in all, especially now with a little more experience, I will definitely purchase from them again.

Peccato che non abbia visto le recensioni prima di acquistare il prodotto. Non mi ha soddisfatto. La carta e' molto sottile (sara' anche ispirata ad alla carta inglese di qualche secolo fa, ma preferisco qualcosa di piu' sostanzioso). Sono 8 fogli 50 x 70 con la stampa un po' sbiadita. La carta e' lucida, quindi quando la luce la colpisce sembra una carta da parati di bassa qualita'. Costa ben 65 euro e non li vale a mio parere. La confezione contiene un pennellino per stendere la colla e un sacchetto di colla.

E' molto difficile da stendere perche' lo spessore e' tipo quello di un cartellone pubblicitario e fa le bolle. molto facilmente. Io non mi sono trovata bene, infatti l'ho staccata e ne ho messa una che ho comprato su Amazon a meno della meta' del prezzo che fa un figurone ed e' di spessore molto maggiore. Io non la consiglio, ma credo che dipenda dalla preferenze personali.

Buy normal paper & save yourself a day of headaches.
It’s ridiculous to say this is for beginners, the process is overly complex, the paper is thin & difficult to handle & it tears so so easily, they advise only cutting when dry which makes applying it on a full wall incredibly difficult. The paper stretches an awful lot & it was impossible to work to a plumb line we had to overlap sheets & leave gaps to get the pattern straight… a simple small wall took all day
You need a lot of space to work in as you need to paste the sheets lay them out & allow them to dry before pasting the wall & then the sheets again before you can apply to the wall !!??
I can only imagine the positive reviews are for very small projects.
They claimed M it’s suitable for rentals & is removable… instructions say to use water & steam to remove… so exactly the same as regular wallpaper then!

I ordered wallpaper from this retailer as I liked the design, however the quality of paper is basically as thin as standard paper (writing paper that is) & the design is printed on like from a standard printer. I hired a professional installer, who has hung wallpaper in my home previously & despite following the very specific installation instructions, he was unable to hang the paper, which wrinkled terribly and the design / ink on the paper rubbed off at a touch. To add, the paper was not the colour I ordered. The paper was totally unusable and even through I asked from assurances before ordering, the company are refusing to give me a full refund. Not only am I out of pocket for the paper, I also had to pay the installer, as well as a customs charge and my wall remains bare. I wouldn’t order from the company again and I wouldn’t recommend other do.

I’m shocked by the negative reviews here. I had a wonderful experience buying wallpaper from this artisan shop. The wallpaper is beautiful and has a nice thickness. After paying careful attention to the instructions, I felt very confident applying the wallpaper to my walls. The paper arrived quickly and the shop was very helpful in making sure they understood my order before they shipped it. It only took me a day to apply the paper to my walls and the results are stunning. If you have a little time, patience, and a willingness to follow directions, you will be amazed by the results of adding this wallpaper to your space. I can’t wait to order another lovely design for my laundry room!

This wallpaper is EVERYTHING. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but the shop owner Silvia gave fabulous instructions (we used their glue and had no issues at all) and it was frankly no different than any other paper. It's more like a mural, so you (or your hanger) have to know what you're doing and BE PATIENT. If you follow the directions, you should be as happy as I am (which is absolutely GIDDY).

It’s just a scam. The paper is printer paper. The ink comes off in your hands. Impossible to put up with any form of liquid adhesive. I wasted one sheet them ended up using double sided tape. The paper stretched so this meant there were great bulges between the strips of tape. Any company that prevents you returning their product doesn’t have good intentions. And yes, you are preventing people returning your products when you charge them extortionate return postage fees.

La carta è stupenda peccato che l'installazione sia un macello e la colla non sia di qualità...morale dopo una giornata di lavoro la mattina era tutta scollata mi hanno cmq risposto in breve tempo indicandomi un'aggrappante e una colla da utilizzare se avete sotto una vernice lavabilel!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently used a floral design for an accent wall in my newly refurbished home in Scotland and it turned out fabulously. The rolls are compact and very easy to apply.

My experience with wallpapers for beginners was extremely easy regarding the ordering process. They shipped quickly, and expedited and extra carton of wallpaper, as I was 1 sheet short. The customer service was phenomenal.

One hanging the wallpaper in the beginning it was not as I had expected as far as the ease. However, once you started getting the hang of it, it was much easier. The patience and effort was well worth the end result.

Defective product and horrible experience with this seller. Please look through a lot of the reviews before you purchase; don't take the overall star rating at face value. Almost all the reviews for this seller are either one star or five, which is a massive red flag. I would not be surprised if a lot of the Etsy reviews are fake. If you look at the reviews posted elsewhere online (include links), they are extremely negative for the most part.

This is not wallpaper, and it is not "for beginners." There is a 7-part (!) process for applying it. You have to go through multiple steps just to prepare the adhesive, which does not even work properly. It is also extremely watery even after being prepared to the exact specifications provided, so it dribbles down the wall and squeezes out from under the paper as you're trying to smooth it out.

The paper basically has to be soaked in glue for 15 minutes before it can be placed on the wall. It also did not stick to the wall completely even when we followed the instructions precisely and even when we used an alternative adhesive. In addition, because the paper comes in rectangular sheets instead of rolls, it's much more difficult to match up the pattern, and you have to stagger the sheets in such a way that you can easily end up with an extremely thin strip of bare wall between the wallpaper sheet and a molding or an adjoining wall, which makes matching, cutting, and gluing even more excruciatingly difficult.

It is absurd for this to be advertised as "for beginners." It is much, much more difficult to work with than traditional wallpaper, which is already not user friendly. If you look through the reviews on Etsy and elsewhere online, you'll find complaints that even professionals don't want to work with this stuff.

The seller refused to refund me unless I had the product shipped back to them in Italy, which would have cost a huge chunk of the price I paid for it originally, and this was after advertising "free shipping." How is it free shipping if I have to cover massive shipping costs to receive a refund for a defective, falsely advertised product? They just baked the shipping cost into the price (which means I already probably paid hundreds in shipping costs when I bought the paper originally, so the paper itself is cheap as hell) and then they conveniently ignore that when people ask for refunds. The seller actually admitted this in our message exchange, as if it is a totally normal thing to do and not a scummy way to discourage refund requests. I'm guessing this shop gets a lot of them.

This is unacceptable. Given all the complaints and one-star reviews, there is no way the seller is unaware of the issues with this product. There is no excuse for advertising it as "wallpaper," let alone "wallpaper for beginners" when it is really just untreated sheets of paper that the customer has to process and screw around with endlessly only to have it still not work, and there is no excuse for asking a customer to eat massive shipping costs to return a defective product so they can then sell it to some other person who's been taken in by their false advertising.

I'm reporting this seller to Etsy for the fraudulent product description and issuing a chargeback for this purchase. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We followed the instructions and the paper was flimsy, kept tearing and dried really bubbly and see through. The product was horrid to deal with. We tried laying 2 sheets but was just awful. I got in touch with the company to explain the paper must be faulty and Silvia from their customer service asked me to send photos of proof which I did. She then told me that my walls was uneven, which was absolutely rubbish as we had a decorator in to prepare all the walls, and you couldn't even see that from the photos. She then had the cheek to tell me I did not follow the instructions (which we did, step by step)! Even though I sent the wallpaper back (obviously excluding the two faulty sheets) they refused to refund me the full amount. They told me the paper isn't faulty, I am just doing it wrong! The amount they refunded me was barley a quarter of what I paid. I own my own business and there is no way I would speak to a client the way she spoke to me over email if they had an issue with my product. And I certainly wouldn't call them a liar. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, if their product was not faulty then it is really bad quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Absolutely shocking product and even worse customer service.
