Could never get a hold of the "sellers and buyers" they say inquired. The refund was not automatic as they say and the customer service is a box to ask and their average response time was 12 hours. They still owe me the $299 fee that was due back to me Jan 31 2026. I got tired of waiting for a response, which has never come. I filed a dispute with my CC company. I still don't see where the state, " If they don't hire you don't pay" as you have to pay first to see the limited information given. This is yet another way to get into Realtors pockets with promises that don't deliver.

This company is a scam. The lead they send out always has urgency around acquiring a realtor, and they have all of the buzz words in the industry. You reach out... pay... then nothing.... "I’ll be out of town for the next few days, but I’d be happy to meet in person later next week to go over details before moving forward. I’m available anytime after Thursday and can be flexible with scheduling."
Responses seem too perfect. This company happily takes your money. Even promises a refund. Will email you that they refunded you, if you ask for one. Nothing.
SCAM! More than 1 individual in my area has fallen for this one.

No lead ever responded. I clicked refund button after the 30 day period. No response. I emailed the address they said to email. No response. I emailed again, they said it would be refunded in 5-10 business days. I checked after 10 days, no refund. Emailing them again. Ridiculous.

I am a Real Estate Broker and I tried to use this site ONE time to test it out. It has been almost a month and my refund has not been processed. They have terrible customer service and just continue to tell me my refund is processing. DO NOT USE.

Constant unwanted emails even after emailing michael@vossvio many many times asking to be removed from any and all lists. Don't belive this is an oversight, just lazy wait until they're caught tactics. Filed complaint also at BBB and will continue until this stops.

With the click of a button, I was able to request a refund. They responded the same day and it was done. Super easy!

I was skeptic to use their services at first but still gave them a try. Unfortunately I did not hear back from the 3 leads that were provided, but that’s something that occurs in the line of business. After the 30 day period I was issued my refund for the leads. Not all leads will result in a close so always keep that in mind with any services you choose.

I have claimed a few sellers, but no listings yet. One lead never responded to multiple attempts even though it was listed as the owner needing to move right away. Another lead has responded, but not ready to list quite yet. Real estate is a numbers game, so I will keep trying this platform to see how it works out for me. It seems like it should have a lot of potential.

Just getting started with Vossvio and thus far they are upholding their refund policy. The first two leads I paid for did not produce results so Vossvio returned my fee.

I didn't hear back from the lead right away, but was refunded promptly. Communication was smooth and helpful. I love this concept for lead generation.

We appreciated the opportunity to message the client through the portal though we didn’t get a response back. The refund process was quick and painless and I appreciated the option to have the ISA follow up with the lead and try to revive again.

This is a service where you pay for a lead and if the lead doesn’t hire you, you are refunded. The actual lead gen part doesn’t work as multiple leads just don’t get back to you. It’s also very confusing whether the lead actually wants a listing agent or just wants advice to sell FSBO. There’s no way to communicate with them other than a clunky, awful dashboard.

Customer service is great and when you follow up to get a refund, they refund you without any hassle.

I wish the concept and dashboard made more sense. As it is now, it doesn’t work. Hopefully they will refine their services.

I gave Vossvio a try to see if it was really true about the refund process and had NO issues. I never heard from the client after claiming. Upon the date available for refund, I placed the request on my dashboard and had a confirmation within minutes. I would be happy to try again in the future.

So far I like this website, the leads seem authentic and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. I love that you can claim a lead and if they do not hire you or respond it is very easy to get your money back. As any realtor knows we spend a lot of our money on lead gen, and trying out new sources can be scary when you are using your own money. I have not had any luck with leads getting back to me after their initial request. I would love to see the website add a feature where you get a text message as soon as a request comes in so we can claim the lead fast and get better response times from prospects.

Customer service was easy to reach

I was impressed by Vossvio's customer service. I gave it a try and reached out to a prospect who did not respond. I let Vossvio know and they refunded me for that contact immediately. I would give them another try.

I paid Vossvio for the opportunity to respond to prospects that were listed on their website and the prospects did not respond to me. Vossvio's website has a refund tab that showed me on which dates I could request a refund according to their policy. When I was eligible for a refund, I requested it through the website. My eligible refund date was not on a business day. When I didn't see any confirmation of the refund, I reached out again - on the next business day - and received a confirmation email for each prospect. The confirmation email advises that processing could take an additional ten days. I saw a pending deposit in my bank account on the following day. The 30-day refund could actually take 42 days.

I purchased a lead for $99 and wasn't hired I had to wait 3-4 weeks but I did get my money back. I'm going to give them another try to see if anything pans out.

I never signed up for marketing or leads from this company. For weeks I have been receiving multiple texts and emails, even though every time I hit unsubscribe, Vossvio continues to solicit. This company is very shady and unethical.
