this lead generation is useless

Pretty good localized, quality leads.

The "Promise" is good, the sales pitch is good BUT in reality, refunds are not forthcoming, and most leads are not vetted correctly. The potential is good.

This is supposedly a lead generation company for real estate agents, actually it is total and complete scam. I paid to join this company stating it was a one time fee for a year. Have not heard a word from them since. Have tried multiples time to contact them with no reply. They do not have a phone number to contact so I had to book an appointment on their website. Had a call back scheduled for Monday, no reply. Booked again for Tuesday, no reply. Booked again for Wednesday, no reply. So, I just filed a complaint with the California Secretary of State and I would encourage everyone else to do the same. I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them money. It is only $199 but it is amazing that a company can just take your money and then absolutely ghost you immediately.

They started offering to refund for the leads that were unresponsive. Great — they really did it. But then they offered a plan where you could have earlier access to clients. I paid for that — at first the unresponsive few clients, then they offered to refund if I didn’t get anything in the next 30 days. Suddenly my chat history with Vossvio disappeared, I tried scheduling a call with the contact person (Matthew) a couple times — never got the calls I scheduled. And I haven’t seen a single “client” notification in months! And there’s no phone number to contact them.

The way the platform is set up is great, and it would actually be better if all the leads were actually legit leads. The only reason I actually gave a 2-star rating is because their refund process is good, but as far as getting leads, it is not good. I got 3 potential leads and responded in a timely manner, and leads just don't ever reply back, so I don't know how they are actually getting these supposed leads that are trash. So no, a very good platform to get business from.

After promising a refund if the lead does not materialize into a legitimate sale, the Vossivo rep "Michael" has ghosted me after promising a refund of the $299 paid to them. The lead was non-responsive after several attempts to reach them. Just like Vossivo's representative.

Never received 1 lead, still waiting on refund like so many other people.

Promised to refund my $$ if the lead didn't result in an actual listing. Never got the listing and I've requested a refund MANY times. Initially Michael Reyes was responsive, and refunded the fee the first time. But then promised another lead. That lead didn't turn into anything. No refund after many requests.

My experience with this company was not a good one. The chat team was hard to reach (response times sometimes took days) and refunds were very difficult to obtain (the last of which I had to file a dispute after not hearing back for over a week). I'm not sure if they are trying to get up and running/figuring out logistics, but they over-promised and underdelivered.

I did get some leads at first but none ever responded to my emails and proposals. Then they changed their payment plan to pay upfront with the promise of one lead per month and I havent received anything since. So they have my $300 and Michael has stopped responding to my emails. This site is a total waste of time.

Total scam; i see someone got a refund which is wonderful since they have absolutely ghosted me as well. The one time they did discuss a refund they could only send it via paypal or venmo. Went to my cc company and got a refund thru them.

I have literally unsubscribe and emailed them to stop spamming me 100+ times - any positive reviews are complete bull crap.

There is nothing less than 1 star. This company is a scam. They switch tactics on their nonexistent leads. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. Dont waste your money or your time

This pay per lead company offers leads where you pay ahead of time. The problem is, the don't even give you a last name or any contact info. They say they will refund your money. The first few were refunded timely when asked. Then I had 2 they kept telling me were already refunded but the money was not in my account. After 3 months of trying, Michael sent me a Venmo with the refund for the 2 referrals.
I had already paid $299 for another lead. It has been 3 months and I have not received any more referrals, nor have they responded for my request for a refund. I have messaged them and emailed them multiple times.

Borderline scam. Took my $300, none of the leads are responsive, then the leads completely stop, they offer me a refund but then ghost me completely. No leads, no $300. I would recommend avoiding.

I was ripped off with these fake leads not once but twice totaling 199. and 299. for a grand total of 498!! Micheal told me several times he refunded but never did and now the chat is going blank! I plan on taking this up with the credit company I used and Also file suit!

a total scam; leads go unanswered; i was charged twice for the same lead and have been attempting to get a refund for over 6 weeks. phone numbers go unanswered and chat function is ignored.

At first it was baI had a very disappointing experience with Vossvio. I purchased leads and have been trying to get a refund that was promised, but it has not been handled properly.

I’ve reached out multiple times asking for updates, and each time I was told to wait another week or that a refund or Venmo payment was coming. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any refund or even a clear update on what’s going on.

Communication has been especially frustrating. Michael from support initially responded but kept pushing timelines back, and now I’m no longer receiving any responses at all.

At this point, I’m still waiting on my refund with no resolution. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
