Great communication, easy booking process
Vivify overall have been super responsive and efficient. The booking process is quick and straightforward, and Debbie in particular has been fantastic at communicating throughout- any concerns or needs I've raised have been taken seriously and dealt with quickly. It's made a real difference having someone so responsive and easy to work with on the venue side. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable venue partner!

The telephone operator
The telephone operator - Roger - was extremeley helpful and made the process of booking many slots very easy when I was unable to due to the poor web page which was not showing slots after August 26.
His understanding and professionalism was very much appreciated

Amy and Darriel have been very helpful and professional whenever I've dealt with them.
I've been using the system for a few months now, but I still feel it's a little early to give a full review of my overall experience. Although, I find the system could be more user-friendly in some areas.

Semi pro football club - Vivify has everything covered

Cancellation of a netball court due to the extreme heat
I explained the situation that we wanted to cancel this evenings netball session due to the extreme heat.Your caller Tamzin agreed that this was an event beyond anyone's controll and agreed with the cancellation and to accredit us with the session so that we can use it for next term. She was thorough and went through a number of checks to varify who I was which was reassuring as I am not the person who usually deals with the Admin as she is currently on vacation.

So i have now received a feedback stating they take the customer experience seriously and to contact thier customer representative. HOW DO I DO THAT. No contact information and emails dont get reaponded to so again highlights the poor communication

Wow - Great experience
Wow, these guys are amazing.
I’ve ran many events, clubs and different organisations but these guys really helped me and my team get up and running.
We had a goal to get into a venue suitable for our martial arts franchise and they helped us find and see multiple venues which saved us the job of having to ring up all the schools and leisure centres in the area and do it ourselves.
This then led to a swift manoeuvre into a venue and then to top that, the staff on site have been amazing too!
Couldn’t recommend them enough to any business owners looking to expand.
