My water bill was unusually high so I suspected a hidden leak which I then called primefix and explained the situation . The response time was amazing. They managed to send over an engineer as soon as possible. Geldon managed to locate the leak and repair it. Throughout the way he was very professional about the situation explaining what was going on and what he was going to do to repair it. I’m very happy with the result and in the future if I have any more issues they will be the first place I call.
