Similarly to Philippa - Clive Hibbert has been our contact at The Bushey Grange Academy for many years before School Space took over and he absolutely goes above and beyond to help and provide excellent customer service. His communication is wonderful - always responds and finds a solution when challenges arise. We are very grateful to Clive.

Really great experience. Himayat was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. Myself and my teammates had a great social game of football on the 9-a-side pitch we hired at Pimlico Academy and we'd be keen to book again on another one-off occasion when we have sufficient numbers for another game.

At first it was a little difficult to adjust to a new system as the previous one we had used for 20 years. However with great support from the team, particularly Piero, we managed to get on track so things a re running smoothly.

Emily and the team at School Space, have been diligent in following up our enquiry, and enabling a fantastic experience. We get to use a great school in Oxford for our regular Sunday booking in their fantastic facilities. Our experience with School Space to date has been extremely disappointing, and it was not by choice that we found ourselves using their services.

Their ticketing system frequently takes several days to generate even a basic response. Straightforward matters that should be simple to resolve often require 20 or more emails back and forth before any progress is made.

At the same time, there is a clear imbalance in communication. While operational and finance queries can go unanswered for days despite repeated follow-ups, invoice reminders are sent persistently — often on an almost daily basis. It is frustrating to be chased for payment while still awaiting responses to legitimate queries from their Finance team.

To compound matters further, prices have increased twice within just a few months, yet the level of service and the standard of facilities do not justify these increases and fall short of comparable alternatives.

Response times via the ticketing system are consistently unacceptable, with even basic queries taking several days to receive acknowledgement. Matters that should be straightforward routinely require 20+ emails to resolve, reflecting significant inefficiency and a lack of ownership.

There is also a concerning inconsistency in communication standards. While operational and finance queries go unanswered for days despite repeated follow-ups, payment reminders are issued persistently — often on an almost daily basis. It is unreasonable to be aggressively chased for invoices while legitimate queries to the Finance team remain unanswered. This approach feels disproportionate and unprofessional.

Furthermore, prices have increased twice within a matter of months. Given the current level of service and the quality of facilities provided, these increases are difficult to justify and do not reflect value for money when compared to alternative providers.

If we had a choice there is absolutely no way we would use this company.

Specifically coordinated with Himayat, and they not only were super responsive but were able to work with me in not only finding a great place, but something within my price range. Also helped set up a meeting so I can see the venue before booking. They did an amazing job, very responsive, very helpful. 5/5
