The item I received was printed polyester, not the pieced garment in the photo and the description. In attempting to determine if the return/refund process would be worth it, I found that the $20 restocking fee, tracked package postage to the China return address along with additional tariffs/fees would reduce the potential return of my $109.95 purchase to nearly nothing, which they obviously use to get people to keep their purchase. I emailed back and forth with customer service for several weeks just to get the 6 digit Chinese postal code needed to determine the postage. So disappointed in the quality of the item and the ridiculous requirements of the return process. Never again!

Item represented as a knitted sweater took 24 DAYS to arrive and was a cheap polyester oversized tunic with very poor quality - edges not even finished! Looked like it was 3D printed on. I wouldn't pay $3 for this in a store. I also called my credit card company (charge was already in dispute since they couldn't tell me where the item was after 3 weeks - had them block the merchant so they can't charge me to 'restock' this fake item that is not what I ordered. AVOID THIS FAKE COMPANY!

Don't fall for this. They show beautiful photos of clothing for sale and appear to be a US company.
They misrepresent the items being sold. When Customer Support is contacted, you find out the company is shipping from China, they have a $20 restocking fee and offer only a credit as a courtesy. Refunds are conditional and shipping at your expense to China.

Site looks like a lovely boutique owned by mother and daughter and the clothes in the pictures looked fun and well made - ordered 11 items. Received them and none of them look like the pictures Cheap material, poorly constructed, designs are silk screened on. Only way to contact the company is via email, I had to write long email explaining why I wanted to return each item, only to receive a reply that there was a $20 restocking fee per item, I had to ship it to CHINA and pay all shipping and customs fees, or they would give me a 30% credit for future purchase and I would not return the items. I didnt like anything I got, why would I want more junk? But, I also don't want to pay the restocking and postage, custom, taxes to return it. I should have read the reviews first!

I ordered and received their Rhealyn Sunburst Print Zip Hoodie. I found out once it was received that it is NOT quilted but only a print version of being quilted, no real sewing. Then I saw that Temu has the same hoodie for 1/3 the cost compared to Vivian & Pearl. I feel totally scammed. When I wanted to return the item I was told that I would only get a portion of the price and would have to pay all shipping and custom charges. They offered that I could keep the item which I paid dearly for and they would give me a 30% discount on my next purchase, which will never happen! Their advertising is VERY false.

I concur with all the other review. Same experience here. I encourage you all to report them to shopify.com, the FTC and the state of Colorado. I'm sure they will pack up and open some other site. Keep chasing down this trash and stop them!

Shame on Facebook for allowing these items to be advertised on their page. Can facebook be held liable for allowing this poor quality to be sold from their platform? Every previous review is spot on about the quality and misleading advertising. Extremely disappointing.

This company should not be allowed to sell anything. I ordered a "quilted" jacket and it's cheap printed polyester fabric. I wanted to return it and they do not handle returns well either. You have to mail it to them (in CHINA) and when they receive it and check it over, then they will decide whether to refund you less a restocking fee. They make virtually impossible to return the item. If you would like to order a different size ... they charge you another $21 for them to ship it. I checked all avenues with them. In short I'm stuck with an inferior piece of clothing I paid $69 for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are not who they pretend to be online.

Hoodie was low quality, made from a thin shiney polyester jacquard type fabric. It was one sided and unlined. The "quilted" pattern was screen printed, so not at all what was in the photos. Materials, labor, and shipping are probably $20. The "sale" price was $59 and no tax, so definitely came directly from China and took a few weeks. Now a return for refund is minus $20 restocking fee or can keep for $17 store credit. Why would I want store credit!?!

Total scam. Item was advertised as quilted. It is screen printed and synthetic. They removed quilted from the name since I bought it. Customer service is all AI. Images on website are AI generated. Avoid at all costs. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Update: credit card company resolved the dispute in my favor. Don’t hesitate to do the same.

Cheap, cheap quality. 1 top was not sized properly as a large. Ridiculous return to China policy with $20 restocking fee. I got taken. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Zero stars really. Product took three weeks to ship from China. What I received was not anything like the website portrayed. I contemplated giving it away, but I actually just threw it in the trash. Stay far away from this website.

As others have said, this company is a farce. The photos of clothing is misleading as what appeared to be a woven fabric jacket was actually a cheap looking, slick sweatshirt type fabric. I thought I had found a family company with quality clothing, but I should have investigated further. Do not buy from them! Shipping is free to you, but try to return an item! Almost costs as much as the crappy item.

What a farce. Vivian&Pearl Newport tout themselves as from Newport, then arrives the package from China. While they say it's real quilting, there isn't a spot of quilting on it. The quality of material is so horrid that it sticks to any part of skin. The sizing around the cuffs is unbearable. Their only answer was mail back to China for a refund. Postage is nearly equal to cost.

They advertise being a 20 year old mother daughter company. It's cheaply printed clothing. The website says there is a 30 day money back guarantee, but after purchasing they let you know you need to pay shipping as well as pay a $20 restocking fee. That seems not anywhere near a money back.

Avoid at all costs

As others have said total disappointment. Even though I ordered a size larger (3X) than I typically wear, it doesn't fit in my hips. I emailed them immediately on same day as delivery and haven't heard a thing. from the reviews I just read I guess it wouldn't even matter. just another waste of hard earned money

The photo of the item is completely misleading. What arrived was not a quilted sweatshirt, but a shiny polyester printed version that is so awful, I won't even take it to Goodwill. The return policy is that you pay the fees to return the item to China, and there is also a $20 restocking fee, so their claims that you get a full refund are untrue. Beware! They are scammers.

Item is cheap, photo was very deceptive. Return policy is a joke with a $20 restock fee. Sorry I didn't check reviews before ordering. These people should be ashamed of their misrepresentation.
