Was speaking to Madhab who seems to be knowlegable in his work and helped me with good recomendations and manged to find some excellent free upgrades spceally hotel in New york and private transfer in Vancouver.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
We very nearly booked an "too-good-to-be-true" opportunity for a cruise and stay holiday to Las Vegas, Los Angeles, 7 day cruise and San Fransisco Stay ... We were given a proposal that indicated fabulous hotels with BA & American Airline Flights on Discovery Princess Cruise Ship ... I phoned to check some details and was given very specific flight details but when the final proposal came through EVERYTHING had changed and they followed it up with a phone call asking me to accept the proposal while they were on the phone ... Thank goodness I didn't! ... This is a typical example of a beta switch and I told them so ... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ... Not everything that glistens is gold! ... If this saves just 1 person from heartbreak then I have done what I intended FURTHER TO THE REPLY FROM VIVA CRUISES .... THIS IS UTTER RUBBISH AND YOU KNOW IT ... THIS WAS A COMPLETE DOWN-GRADE FROM THE ORIGINAL PROPOSAL .... WE HAVE SINCE BEEN ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE ORIGINAL HOTELS AND THERE IS STILL AVAILABILITY ... WE WILL AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ANYONE USING THEM DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK

However, we must respectfully clarify that the details in your proposal were clearly outlined as subject to change based on availability, which is standard for the travel industry. Unfortunately, the review does not accurately reflect the events or provide a true representation of the situation.
Both the flights and hotels were specified as "subject to availability" and "or similar," and this information was communicated to you at each stage of the process. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding this. The alternative hotels were offered prior to the booking and not after the booking was confirmed and were in fact like for like with locations and ratings; and Delta flights were offered instead of BA which is an equally good airline.
On a more serious note, we were deeply concerned to hear about the inappropriate comments you made regarding our sales consultant’s accent. She was simply trying to assist you with your queries in a professional and helpful manner, and it’s important to understand that making derogatory remarks about someone's accent is never acceptable. Such comments are not only unfair, but they also have a personal impact on the individual trying to do their job, something that can affect them beyond the immediate situation. The availability of flights, hotels, and itineraries is often beyond anyone’s control, and retaliating with hurtful remarks about an accent only adds unnecessary negativity to an already challenging situation.
We encourage kindness and mutual respect in all interactions, and hope that future conversations can be more constructive and understanding.

Our holiday booking involved a cruise and rail journey and also we wanted extra nights added on. Our booker was efficient and courteous and made the process easy for us although changes had to be made. I'll be back after we have taken the trip to rate the actual holiday.
