We booked Niagara Falls, NYC and New England cruise with Viva Holidays, paid a great price. They upgraded hotels and added another transfer on at no extra cost. Now back from our fantastic holiday and was really pleased we’d book through them. Highly recommend and can’t wait for our next adventure

I’ve had a very pleasant experience booking our holiday Viva Cruise, I found an incredible deal for my son’s 21st birthday. I spoke with Vaibhav and he did everything he could to accommodate our needs, there was no pushiness and he was happy to give me time to think things over before booking. He upgraded our hotels and having checked them out on Tripadvisor they were amazing upgrades! I checked the company also on Trustpilot before booking and they came very highly rated.

What a fabulous experience with our booking agent. We must have been on the phone call for 90 minutes or more actually but he detailed everything, gave tips and hints, explained every little detail even recommended upgrades, hotels, sites to visit, what to avoid and what to do on the ship to get the best possible experience. We were so impressed we booked immediately. We knew his responses were honest and very helpful to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending viva-cruise.
