Vaibhav is excellent
We have recently booked a cruise & stay holiday for 2027. We dealt with Vaibhav who I cannot thank enough for his patience, knowledge and overall customer service. We had multiple calls with him going over the itinerary making lots of changes & each time he was patient and cooperative. We then threw another curve ball to include our friends who had additional criteria to make things even more complicated. Vaibhav was so accommodating and put a great package together for us.
I can't recommend enough and can't wait for our holiday!

Booking a cruise with Vaibhav at Viva Cruise
I rang Viva Cruise to ask about one of their cruises, and was told that Vaibhav, who was the expert on that cruise, was talking to another customer, and he would ring me back, which he did 10 minutes later. He was very helpful, and emailed a quotation immediately after our phone call. I then had several further discussions with Vaibhav, and eventually asked for a revised quotation for a different date, which I accepted. Vaibhav always responded quickly and completely to my emails and phone calls.

I cannot complement the company enough. Kritika was extremely patient and helpful organising our holiday to the West Coast of American with a stay and cruise in Hawaii. Kritika replied to amendments almost immediately (and their where a few).

Customer service failed to respond after initial enquiry
I phoned in with an enquiry...all seemed swimmingly well with a good friendly chat with Kritika who seemed enthusaistic to help. Details of the package were emailed through as expected. I did email to thank her. After a week, I followed this up with some questions and further queries but heard nothing. Giving the benefit of the doubt,I emailed again. It's been over 3 weeks since my initial query and there has been no response whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed that Viva Cruise has failed to follow this up as it seems customer service cannot be offered even at this stage of the sales process.

We contacted Viva Cruise when we saw a great trip advertised visiting American cities and Mexican cruise and we spoke to Ron who was very helpful.
