This Via Sat installation is well over 10 years old and yes it has drawbacks, pretty slow broadband but reliable. They seem to be honoring their promise of un limited low res videos. Sometimes it takes a minute to get HD quality. but the alternative is much more pricey so for now I will stay with Via Sat internet.

Well I was quoted 115.00 and my bill has gone up after the first 2 months. I'm not even happy about the 115.00. That is way more than I have ever paid for just internet. I think It would be cheaper to just use my cell phone as a hotspot.

I use Viasat for streaming and it works great. It also connects me to the Internet for all my shopping needs and at a fast and reasonable price. Viasat is the best satellite internet provider that I have found and I highly recommend them.

My phone buffers all the time when I’m at home and connected to Viasat so I have to use my data. My home computer is very slow and it is strictly Wi-Fi so I may have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get connected so I can conduct my business. It’s very frustrating. I’ve been thinking about changing.

As soon as our contract ended, ViaSat jacked up the monthly fee! We are 74 years old, on a fixed income that never gets a raise. Seniors should deserve a lower cost.

My service is spotty and frequently goes out. When a car passes my house, the TV pixelates and freezes the picture. When I complain, I'm told that I need more data. I'm paying over $100.00 for awful service

It’s been very reliable

The internet does not work well everywhere (house, garage). Boosters don't work. It's probably the only one we can use where we live. "Runs slow" sometimes. Not much we can do

The repair person had the issue taken care of in a very short time. He was professional, respectful, and courteous. Viasat needs dependable representatives in Central Arkansas, this the second time service had to initially be rescheduled. This technician has to drive about 3 hours to get here.

This company is a total joke. First time my internet went out took 7 days to get a service tech out here. I called today internet's not working no appointments available, we'll have somebody from the company Viasat call me within one business day to set up an appointment.
