I think the service you provide is very good. The only issue I have is the fee. Primary house I have Comcast and charged $88.00 for their fastest service. Viasat charges $119.00 for service.

Wi-Fi is very weather dependent- it’s on and off depending on clouds/rain etc. we are in a non cellular area and no options for wired internet. Wi-Fi calls drop often - if you don’t purchase the service plan having a service person come on site is extra cost. Buffers quite often.

Yesterday I had about 2 hours of on and off TV viewing time. The service is bad enough in good weather but when lousy weather hits you're lucky to get anything at all. I'm just waiting to after the holidays to change services. It really hurts knowing I'm paying $100 for a $20 service

With a satellite at 22,300 miles up, there is little you can do to provide adequate service.

Viasat is awful! The internet is unstable, the speeds fluctuate and almost never reach advertised speeds, the modem needs to be updated but they won't update without a new 2-yr contract even if I pay for the modem up front, they won't fix problems claiming it's just "traffic on the network." I truly look forward to switching providers, if anything else becomes available.

I very seldom can watch a movie especially at night . It has very poor reception. Buffers terrible!!!!

Here lately we have been out of service than whit service.

I have had a pretty good and easy experience with your company; I have no complaints. I was on a plan that didn't suit my needs, I called and was put on an unlimited plan for not much more and I did not have any additional charges, no prorating plus new monthly bill like some companies do. Overall, I am very satisfied and will definitely recommend Viasat to friends and family.

I do NOT get the speeds promised , esp for the high price I am paying.

It actually took so long to get the survey that I can't remember when I had the issue, but as usual, the tech that came out was very nice and helpful

To begin, I marked 3 stars. I still have frequent times when I am not able to make or receive calls. During storms the internet is off and back on.

I have been with Viasat for a long time. I just don't get internet connection in my house anymore. I can't stream anything on my laptop or television. And these items are closest to the satellite. I pay for internet service and that's what I need. There isn't one date of problem. It's been all year.
