Good internet service. VOIP can be spotty sometimes, but without satellite internet we might not have internet here. Cellular signal is next to non-existent here as well, and the phone companies (land lines) abandoned us years ago. So, 4 stars - could be better, but it's pretty good and great to have.
We've had Viasat for a number years now, so the single date for our "experience" would be better as about a 5 year date range, but that wasn't an option.

Your service is OK sometimes it’s a little slow. You know you get that circle to death rolling around, but I’m not sure if it’s part of the app itself or your service but other than that I’m pretty happy with it. I wish we can lower the price for a senior citizen just a little bit more thank you.

Good service easement easy payment plans if you call the office they always answer your question to the best of their knowledge if they can't answer it they find somebody that can help with it I appreciate that

Excellent repair service from set up to questions. No interruptions in remote area. Reasonable cost with options on service.

I have the space I need. I do not game, and only a little streaming, but I am kept informed when my time is running out, which doesn't happen often. I am happy with the service.

Called customer service and was given a price to upgrade my service but then received the new bill and it is more. I'll make one more call to try and get it corrected.

Viasat does a pretty good job with customer service and tech support, and the product itself has improved considerably. I have 4 stars instead of 5 as sat internet in general just isn't where it could or needs to be yet.

When I switched to lower gigs was supposed to get 20$ off per month and never happened. And also charges data when watching shows when I'm only using my TV antnna

It's easy to get this service but it's very hard to cancel. They demand that you auto pay through a credit card that you cannot cancel on your own. You have to go through the company. It goes out in bad weather, The coverage is not very far from their provided router, and the speed is not very fast. If you have an alternative I suggest you take it cuz this is not a good option.

I subscribe to Viasat Satellite internet service. Viasat has always reponded immediately to any issues that has come up for any reason and always resolved them to my satisfaction!

Installer was personable. Communicated well regarding arrival time. Made sure all equipment with downloads were complete before he left. Very satisfied. I believe his name was Tim. Great job Tim, thank you.

First you all are boggling down speed when my signal is excellent and I'm an paying loyal customer its not right or fair this internet is extremely slow because of you all doing I'm paying over 100.00 mo. for terrible service

Data Plan gets used up in 20 minutes of new cycle in a home that is not being used. Data plan was sufficient for 4 years now its used up immediately with nothing changed in home. I would think Viasat could help me figure out what is eating up my data.
