Installation was fast, by an expert technician who did not take any short cuts, exactly where I wanted it located, dish and modem, and it works fantastic. Ten times better and faster than my previous service.

While not the fastest or cheapest internet, it is reliable and available to those of us that live in the burgs.

Can’t enjoy our entertainment, constantly buffering. Example during one quarter of a game it buffered 6 times.

Viasat does a good job. They are very fair, and provide a good product.

Senior discounts would be great, not all of us can really afford these prices.

the service is great, always connected 99% of time, when it isnt it comes back on when they fixed the outtage and it wont be off long and not all day like spectrum less than a hour

Service has been very good until yesterday. I can no longer watch a short u-tube, and everything is very slow. It may be I have used up my data.

When we canceled our subscription to Viasat we got a lot of conflicting information. Having to pay for a full month of service we didn't use is poor customer service. Too expensive for what we were getting. We went with another provider, Evertek, that is faster, less expensive, and amazing customer service. Still waiting on the box we are to use to send old equipment back to Viasat. Calling customer service is not a good experience. It would seem if you can offer 2 free months to try to keep us you could lower your prices and provide a better product.

This company is one of the few that can get a signal at our residence. My husband travels for his job 6 months out of a year. I dislike that we have to put our service in hibernation status instead of getting it shutoff. We still have to pay monthly fees. We are going to discontinue services when we are home to dismantle and return the pieces necessary.

I have no problems with them, they're just alittle pricey, they are reliable

Viasat always responds quickly to any issues with service. They have been a reliable satellite provider in our rural area. Speeds are good enough for gaming.

Constant loss of connection. Slow speed when connected. Constantly receive message “Not connected”.

What made it a 4 is that it crashes whenever it rains, or sometimes just the storm being near.
You want a date, check every time it started to rain, a day of showers is a real joy.

The test of a good internet company is staying off of the customer's radar. I have no internet issues and therefore, no criticisms. You are not on my radar! Good job!

Customer service is decent and polite, problems though are never resolved. Internet speeds are EXTREMELY slow, even paying for the supposed highest speed. Everything buffers constantly.
