It’s good when working but it has a lot of disruptions and buffering. It doesn’t work my cameras half the time. They are on and off, on
and off!! And I depend on them for safety. I have called more than once and each person tells me something different but although I ask for help they tell me it doesn’t qualify for a technician to come. They go by what their system says about my internet working. When I had a technician out a couple years ago with this problem they found a problem with my modem and replaced it. It worked ok for a while. Thinking seriously about switching.

I get steady service. No hasles I never run out of high speed data at a price lower than the other guy
I don't like renting my equipment though since I have been using the service for 7 years you would think I own it by now and my charge should reflect that that I've been a loyal customer for so long

I think the service is extremely expensive but when you live in rural area you do not have a lot of choice.

Viastat is what we use for our remote cabin. It’s the only service that we can get that works well. We are located on an island and we still get good reception. Thank you, Viastat.

Slow,slow. Did a speed check,result was pitiful. Paying for (up to 25 ) getting maybe 3 to 5. This has been a problem since day 1 .forever

More than pleased with Viasat-even the cost. I could probably count on 1 hand the number of outages in the past year and they have been during severe storm or high wind....and back on in under 24 hours. Keep up the good work....and keep the price the same if you can!!

Consistent performance and minimal down time except during heavy rain storms. New program giving us unlimited high speed at same price was critical upgrade.

The technician that came for service call was nice. But instead of putting back in a 5g line he put in a 2g line. My computer is very slow now, and sometimes I have to reboot to get computer to work.

I paid money and I got acceptable service. Should I expect less?

The cost is rediculous, the fact that my internet restarts on the 12th of the months and by the 17th of the mo ey it's down to barely dial up speed. I can't afford a bigger package...and since I live way out in the country I am severely limited...so it's you or Huhgesnet which is far worse...and then you have start link...pretty sure that would suck bi Donkey balls too.

Your service is reliable, just really slow.

Have had great service with no interruptions especially with rain or storms.

A bit pricy, so when a fiber cable carrier is available for $50.00 per mo. then I'll move on. Until then, I'll be OK!
