We have been with Viasat for 10 to 15 years and have found their service to be basically reliable and useable. Yes, sometimes during storms you can lose a connection. And, yes, it is not as fast or quick as a land connection. But when you are in a rural location it works.

We can stream videos, play PC games (but not multi-player ones, 3/4 second lag makes it hard). If you are an intense computer user, you might need to find a faster service or move to a city.

We have never had to have a service call. They have improved their plans over time. We used to only have a 12 Gb data limit, now it is a 60 Gb limit, which for us, usually works just fine. As a matter of fact I have a zoom call in less than 10 minutes, so I need to wrap this up.

They are the only ones that will bring Internet to rural areas so have no choice but to use them. Sales always sound good but it is difficult to get service!

Honestly, the worst internet I have ever had constant data And you have to spend almost a 140 to $70 to even get a decent internet with that via they have no plans for anyone that needs good internet and they take advantage of people who are barely in the limits of their ranges to give them. Barely enough internet to do anything and not to mention constant data Almost not even 3 to 4 MB, upload download speed, and that is high-speed internet. I see that is a fraud, a nice, false advertisement. And not to mention I have discontinued my account so many times and you people keep continuing to charge my mother and father, the worst internet company I've ever met and honestly, my parents don't deserve a c***** internet. They're elderly disabled. They need internet to communicate with their family and you can't even do that. For them via sat is the worst internet ever, and I will continue to say it. And as a customer, I have the right to say, so of course, nothing will ever be done about it, but that's what you expect from you rich corporate freaking internet companies. I was watching you

The installer arrived a bit before the appointment which was great. He was a very personable young man and I enjoyed our conversations throughout the time that he was working inside. Viasat is a very good satellite provider that I had been a customer of some years prior. I had gone to a less expensive company and been unsatisfied with the outcome. The towers in my rural area are crowded and unreliable...I guess you get what you pay for! I'll stick with Viasat until they price me out.

What made it good was that it was finally resolved. What made it tough was that it required 4 different phone calls to two different numbers. Also, it was not good that I was told I had no coverage for a technician
to come to my home when I knew I did. Finally, with all the different solutions ViaSat provided it kind of resolved itself. Meanwhile it took away most of my morning.

I love the people that come to Powell. Always so nice. I am a hard poke and they work very hard to get my vein.

Josh listened to our preferences for location of antenna and explained answers to our questions.
Despite cold, snow, and address mix ups, he was on time and provided installation quickly. Pleasant maner.

The person I was talking to was very helpful. They did not try to talk me out of canceling my internet and I told them why i was canceling. they took the time to help me and were very courteous when they talk to me. If I need viasat again I will come back because the customer service rep was easy to deal with and very respectful.

We had satellite TV, and it said we had no satellite signal. We were paying for a service that we didn't receive. We decided to switch to internet and it was the best decision we've made. I looked for internet service that would be unlimited for streaming. Viasat met my expectations. We've been extremely happy with Viasat so far.

Since 2019 I been with this company, I'll give them 5 stars hands down, do a great service when they need to repair, I'm sorry for giving only three stars, because majority of my experience since I'll being with this company my internet its always stays very slow, ǰust trying to loading,up
Oit of the 30 day of the month I get lucky to get maybe 10 days at the most of fair conextion.

The technician was very professional very helpful to my dad who is much older and don’t quite understand a lot of the techie stuff. He was very good with them. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of his job and I thank him for being so good.

We hardly have any service and it goes off all the time have not been able to use the streaming on tv for almost 3 months now

I had service with Viasat 5 years and was wonderfully satisfied. I was forced to upgrade both satellite and box and now nothing works. Called company and was told it is what it is and I need to contact my TV manufacturer or other device manufacturer to find out why it doesn't work. I'm done with this company and gone as soon as I find something else.
