The internet is a joke out here period. When the wind blows or it rains or just simply a cloudy day you’re not going to watch TV here. Trying to stay connected is nearly impossible!!

A few years back I had trouble with…
A few years back I had trouble with this internet and called several times to get service. I always got someone from a different country. Each time they would send me a name of a company for service and those company's where out of business or had stopped working for you, some for 2-3 years. your records you send them where not up to date. Then I got a call from some pretending to be from your company and was trying to scam me. I am sure he was one of the men I talked to about a service call from your company.

Pricey SLOW Service
It amazes me I was sent an email regarding signal improvement BEFORE I complained about it. Its like it was known already...this slow signal issue. To pay what I am, I am NOT satisfied w/ service, overall. B/C EVERY THING in our world depends on WiFi, improvement should be made to have better [signal] quality.

Well I have unlimited something for $142 a month and it is really not much better than what I had. It's not fast but is a little faster than what I had. I've been with you a long time hoping some day we might get fast Internet. Thanks

Was recently convinced to switch plans…
Was recently convinced to switch plans by a sales associate. I was assured that our internet speeds wouldnt be compromised. Not only is the plan slower its not useable during peak times. This is when i commonly work from home. After being a long time customer i was saddened that i would be bait and switched in this way. Would really appreciate having our past plans speeds restored otherwise we are going to have to switch internet providers.

Terrible: Slow speeds even though we have not gone over 360 in data usage.
Our internet has barely been working for almost 2 months now. We are told that Viasat is limiting our speeds because “congestion”. We haven’t even gone over the 360 data threshold, and we pay a lot of money year $120 a month. Terrible
