The assignment that Sam and Emma were given was incredibly complex and time pressured and centred around getting a dear friend into a rehab clinic before they caused themselves harm. This required discreet surveillance so evidence would be gathered in order to stage an intervention. The assignment was completed with expert precision and also a huge amount of empathy and sensitivity. Absolutely first class in every respect and their work may well have saved someone's life.

I contacted Verity Henton Private Investigations in December 2024,in relation to a sensitive matter. I was listened to with the utmost respect,and following the call,knew they were a team I could trust to assist me.Considering I had minimal information to go on,they worked hard for over five weeks to ensure I received a positive result (which I have).At all times they showed integrity,providing me with regular updates,I never once felt that I was treated any less than a client who may have had sufficient information to provide.

In my opinion,the team possess a down to earth approach,and went above,and beyond to assist me,and are currently assisting me further,having obtained everything required initially. Furthermore, each time I telephoned them,they were always ready to listen,and always made time to speak with me.In the event I was unable to reach them,they always returned calls,and attended to messages promptly,without fail. I used Verity Henton after a recommendation from a colleague as I had received a less than acceptable service from another company, they did exactly what they said they would do, the service they provided to me was exceptional, I would by happy to recommend them based on my experience.

I was reluctant to contact a private investigator but after asking my friend who is a policeman he pointed towards Verity Henton. Its owned and run by two former long serving police officers. My situations was extremely sensitive but I must say the moment I spoke with Sam and latterly Emma I was made to feel very comfortable and was given the impression I was in caring, safe, and professional hands. They didn't sell services to me or push me in any direction I didn't feel comfortable with. The result from the advice I was given ended my fears and worries being dissipated. I would and have recommended these ladies to my friends, should they ever need help.

Fantastic and professional service.
I suspected my partner of 10 years was cheating and called for their help. Emma talked me through all of my concerns and explained in great detail how they would help. In less than 7 days they had found out that everything I had thought was true and I can't thank thank them enough for their help.
They even went out of their way after with a follow up call a week later to see how I was and to make sure I was okay.
