I went to Laura asking for help with a family issue that I was looking to try and get clarity on after a gap of a number of years. I've never used a PI before but she is an empathetic listener who immediately put me at ease. The job involved surveillance and discreet enquiries - Laura was able to get things in place at short notice and the visual and verbal communication via her from the operative on the ground was first class. For one of the photos I received, I couldn't believe how the operative took it without the subject noticing but it spoke volumes about their skill. It's a slightly strange experience when you never actually meet or speak directly with the person in the field but everything about the process was highly professional. I hope this is the only time in my life I ever need to use a PI but if there happens to be another, then I will definitely use Laura's services again.
