Fabulous produce and great customer service
Ordered a couple of times from Veena’s over the festive period. All of the produce was amazing quality and I got great customer service when they needed to substitute a product.
I just love the fresh Paprika peppers roasted in the oven.

Missing order poor delivery
Had placed an order which eventually wasn't satisfied as there were missing orders.
Tried to reach out the team by email and call which is of no use and there's no reply for missing products
The products are not secured with temperature control or like which eventually spoils the products and when asked they say it is because of delivery team which is a very careless answer
The delivery is not good very negligible customer service

We are having 24/7 Customer service and we are working for the utmost customer satisfaction. We are unable to catch up your order details, please contact our customer support and we would like the opportunity to resolve your issue.
Full delivery never arrived! Scam!
Such a mistake ordering with this website, they only delivered less that quarter of the stuff I ordered.
I paid extra to receive the package on the weekend and now they don’t even give me an ETA on the rest of my stuff and assume that my time is useless and I should wait around according to them on a weekday.
Sorry but this is highly disappointing and PLEASE DONT EVER WASTE MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE!

We are sorry for the trouble caused by the shippers. As you know well we depends on third party to delivery consignment so sometime we might not full fill delivery correctly. We will surely escalate this kind of issues to the appropriate channels and will avoid henceforth.
Non existent customer service
Their customer service has been next to non-existent. I have tried to contact them several times over the past few days about a product, and they keep saying they will surely get back to me by text or email but have done nothing. I have chased them every day and it has now been a week.. still no action. The same happened even a few months back when trying to place another order. Why have a 24/7 online customer care, if your are not going to provide customer service?

Very high price . You will save a ton of money if you shop directly or some other sites. Frozen fish prices are 200 percent more than what diamond and Neptune sell in UK... . Many other sites available online with cheaper rates... Totally avoid and don't buy from them

Due to few supplier cost got increased, some products price gone up, however to meet out the overhead charge we happen to keep price on those specific product which is unavoidable, however those are applicable only few items rest we are giving best in the industry.
But we never compromise in the quality of the product. We are giving high quality products to our customers. Quality is our first priority.

Great experience shopping with Veena’s. Fresh veg and fruits delivered to my door, without much hassle. Love the Asian mangoes. It’s the best place if you love Indian or Pakistani mangoes.

Extremely bad delivery experience
Extremely low quality items and terrible online delivery. They delivered to the completely wrong zip code, and we had to drive all the way there to pick it up. Due to the delays, the frozen items had gotten spoilt, but veenas refused to refund the money. And every couple of times, their customer service lie to you saying they are processing refund. Overall terrible customer service.
If we have to go pick up the order at random addresses, would rather go to a store (which has the advantage of being at a fixed location) and buy items.

"The delivery was punctual, which is commendable. However, I suggest adding more varieties of Indian groceries, especially better brands of tea powder and pickles. The current selection is limited. Moreover, the snacks are priced steeply for the quantity offered. Overall, a decent experience, but improvements could make it even better."

Worst experience.I recently ordered £121 worth items vegi and frozen items and groceries. One day delay delivery they said refund it for the frozen items.when they sent some groceries not available they said refund for that. Nearly one week I haven’t received my refund money yet. Very worst. I will never order from them again.
