The candle smells amazing...but....
The candle smells amazing...but one out of three ordered was smashed in the box upon opening...after emailing vavoon directly straight away almost 2 weeks later ...still no response...won’t be risking ordering from them again ...sorry 🙁

Responsive customer service
I ordered two Kip and Co cheese knives, and unfortunately one was damaged on its handle. I contacted Vavoom and they happily exchanged it for me without any issues and the replacement item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The customer service was prompt and friendly as well.

Absolutely excellent customer service.
I’ve ordered twice and both times delivery has been extraordinarily fast. I had a broken product (a postal issue) and my problem was rectified by vavoom in minutes. Quality is excellent, highly recommend. I’ll be back.

the delivery was prompt , the items were advertised as outdoor pot plant pots, however there is no drainage hole so they need to stay under cover for plants not to drown

Hi, Actually these are just advertised as wall planters but there isn't anywhere on the listing that states they are for outdoors. I will make a note on the product to clarify that they are designed for indoor use.
