I have ordered multiple cases over the years from these folks - great value.

I recently had a case where the wine was turned / vinegar. The customer service reps (including Caitlin) quickly processed a refund for the case.

Appreciated the quick responses, will continue to order regularly from Casemates.

I love this site. It's not mass produced wines all coming from the same location with different labels it's real wine from real small producers/vineyards often estate wines at great values. I've had a few correspondences and always prompt replies from folks who are always trying to help and seem to be having fun and want to provide great service, including Caitlin! Casemates is great about keeping you informed about your packages and work hard to clear up any issues if there are any. Samantha issued a refund when my wine box was damaged and returned to sender. I will continue to purchase from casemates as I have been a member since its early days.

You are able to ask questions, share your knowledge/insight with others, and oftentimes the winemakers participate in the discussions also.

99.9% of the time you won't have any issues with your orders. On the off chance you do encounter a problem, the customer service team will try their best to resolve the issue for you. Shout out to Jessica for her help on a recent order. She was friendly, understanding, and resolved the problem quickly.
