Beautiful products! I bought the Malawi chairs and they are stunning, the delivery is super fast even for interstate and the customer service is prompt and such nice people on the phone attending to you quickly. Will be back to buy more!!!

Horrendous service
Ordered a mirror with a 6 week lead time. It was delivered over a year later! Paid in full. Kept having to chase up the mirror. I was offered a full refund after months of waiting and emails, but had already waited so long so decided to keep waiting. Because of the ongoing delays and lack of communication I requested a discount which they declined. Absolutely no customer service or accountability. When it came time to deliver the mirror, there was only notification that it had shipped, no day or time window given. When the mirror was delivered it came with one delivery guy who needed my assistance to get it off the truck and he couldn’t deliver inside only to my garage. Shocking service all round from Vavoom.

Hi Lauren, I can see why you feel the frustration that you do. Waiting a year is totally unacceptable. I can see looking back on the notes in the file that the supplier basically kept pushing out the ETA every month. We are so, so sorry. I can also see from the file that we regularly contacted you when we were given updates but I know that you also had to follow up and I apologise for that. We were more than prepared to offer an alternative because our hands were tied, given that we rely on the supplier. I have investigated the issue with the discount and my understanding is that, since we offered free shipping and the item was so costly to freight, the costs had blown out. This, however, is not your problem and we would be happy to offer you a gift voucher if you would like. Please contact us directly on info@vavoom.com.au if you would like to take advantage of this offer. As far as the delivery goes we use external couriers so I am investigating how we can provide a better experience because I think your feedback is entirely reasonable and we are sorry.
