Hello, thanks for your review. I can see why you feel the way that you do but, by way of explanation, the description of the product says "Large 65CM Chain - Excludes Pendant (Chain Only)". The fact that the pendant wasn't included, therefore, should not have come as a surprise. Yes, the photo on the website does include the pendant, though, so we have fixed this now to make it clearer. With regards to postage I will review this as it does seem that it calculated at a high rate. I know that this is because freight to Tasmania is more expensive than the mainland but I think you are right to query it so thanks for the feedback.

Love the product. I buy two green pineapples for decoration on my kitchen bench and when they ripen I give them to my daughter. My husband is a diabetic and cannot eat them. Some times I remove the head, place it in water for a month or so 'till the roots grow and then plant in the garden. These pineapple pots are perfect for that in between period as long as I keep the hole plugged!

Shady seller.
Made an online order for 3 items on the 30th of Dec. On the 3rd of Jan, the stockist contacted me to let me know that one of the items was no longer in stock. I requested to cancel the entire order as I did not want to pay postage for 2 items. They ignored my request, and on the 22nd of Jan sent me a refund for the item out of stock and delivered the other two items.

I spoke to the sales team and they had contacted you but thought you hadn’t responded until they checked their junk mail and realized that your email had been filtered out. I really am sorry for this and would be happy to collect the items and refund you. We have integrated new systems now so that our email filters are checked but I know this comes too late to rectify your experience. Please accept my apologies.
