Hi Alicia, Thanks for your review (again! This is your third). Per my previous responses see below:

My team and I agree that we have never dealt with someone who is such a bully. We are a small business who sold this product in good faith and are merely attempting to assist per our terms and conditions. I would have thought as someone else who owns a small business you may have had more empathy.
In response to your criticism:
1. We do have a return policy at https://www.vavoom.com.au/pages/returns-refunds which clearly outlines the policy on Change of Mind returns (you failed to read the description of the product with the size and assumed it would be larger than it was then wanted to return it).
2. Our supplier will not accept change of mind returns but has agreed to make an exception with a 15% restocking fee. We will not make a profit from this change.
3. Per our terms the responsibility for freight on change of mind returns is on the customer. This is in line with ACCC requirements.
4. GST is a required charge in Australia. This is not new and our price includes this on the website (it is not an extra charge)
5. Whilst the same item may be advertised at half price elsewhere we were not made aware of this until after the sale had been processed.

2. We have not seen evidence of this exact item costing $500 elsewhere. This is well above our buy price so it may not be a like for like comparison.

EDIT: Thank you for your further edit, Alicia. As mentioned we are a small business and it seems that Kogan are selling this below our cost which is their right. We have the dimensions and description of this mirror as a wall mirror clearly outlined in the product description on this page so had you taken the time to check the item rather than assuming it was something that it wasn't we wouldn't find ourselves in this very unpleasant situation.
