We purchased the Larsen dining table and bench and are very happy with it! Ordering a big piece of furniture online is always a little daunting, but both the quality and design are impressive, and it was mega easy to put together.

Terrible service and products!!!
Paid over £400 for a marble console only to have the draw no longer close and the marble crack I. Half less than a year after purchase. Emailed support weeks ago with photos and videos and have had no response or acknowledgment. No customer service and no intention to rectify this situation. Avoid any purchases from this company and no aftercare once they’ve taken your money!
Only resorted to this post due to no response from Vaunt Design customer service!

Zero communication once a return was requested
The products took 3 months to arrive. Bare minimum communication with updates during that time.
When the 2 tables did arrive, they were both with issues. One had a scratch on it and the other had stripey wood in different colours as the tabletop.
We have been trying to return them for 10 days now and unfortunately they do not respond by email or phone - literally nothing.
We are going to have to make a claim with a credit card company which is a shame.
This is the reason people perfer to show with companies like Amazon because they know delivery is fast and any issues with the goods will be resolved.
Vaunt Design is, unfortunately, a non-professional outfit doing a disservice to the small independent e-commerce stores online.
I think it's fair to say I would not recommend risking a purchase from vaunt design.

Delivery was quick and quality is good but ...
Delivery was quick and quality is good however there was a small scratch on one side of the upward struts and also the screw covers were hard to push on so that they were flush with the unit. We tried using a rubber mallet and gently tapping them but a couple of them broke as a result. Overall we are very pleased as the colour and grain matches our business aesthetic well.

It is always our intention to be transparent about any of our products that are discounted due to minor damage or imperfections. The significant discount offered on the item you ordered was a direct reflection of the minor damages and cosmetic flaws that were present and fully highlighted at the point of purchase.
Regarding the return fee of £55, this charge was for the courier collection of your item. As per our returns policy, which is available on our website, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. In this case, the item was returned in the exact condition in which it was sold, and the imperfections were as described in the original product listing and accompanying images.
We hope this clarifies our position. We understand that this is not the outcome you had hoped for, but we stand by our policies and the information provided at the point of sale.

Great quality and design
I bought a table, sideboard, and three bar chairs and couldn’t be happier with the quality – it’s absolutely incredible. The furniture was also really easy to assemble, taking minimal time and effort. Everything looks fantastic in our home, is super comfortable, and we’ve already had so many compliments from guests. Highly recommend!
