This site is always glitchy
This site is always glitchy. It did not offer animated cards, as it has done in the past. I had to go in and out of pages, as they would fail to update or upload. It was glitchy on the payment page. I was relieved my purchase was completed.

So today I got a gift card from you guys online with my PayPal. I paid everything, and I got charged 350. Then I got an email about my card details, and it said click to view/ print. I clicked on it, then it didn't show my card info and wouldn't let me see the details.
Then I called support, and they told me my card got hijacked. I didnt do anything. And the lady on the phone said the only thing they can do is to send me a check. (NOTE: I BOUGHT THE CARD FOR LESS THAN 20 min AT THIS POINT) Then they said it will take 4 weeks for me to receive it. 4 WEEKS! I needed my gift card today. And need my money, I can't wait 4 weeks for my 350. I spoke to the lady she was very rude. And told me I couldn't do anything and I need to wait 4 weeks. I can't wait 4 weeks. I didnt do anything wrong. If you guys are seeing this message, please help me and refund me to my original payment method. Thank you!

I had a problem with an expired card and called customer service. Spent almost 15 minutes talking to someone from South East Asia who insisted they couldn't find the card. Needles to say I was upset. After getting no help, I called again and used the automated AI. In no time found the card and activated it. In the end I was helped more by the machine.
I had to replace my phone so I could not give more info as requested. When I initially called the woman I spoke to told me she could not locate the card number. That is not registered in the system. Since it was a gift I knew it was paid for, I just could not find the card. She told me there was nothing she could do. I then tried the automated service and when I put in the card number it said the card was not activated to hold on and then it says the card was ready to use. I then went to use the card and it was declined for expiration. I called again and spoke to a gentleman who took the number explained it was expired. He says they would send me a new card in 7-10 days and took down my name and address and phone number. He cancelled the current card. I am waiting to see if that card ever arrives. I will keep you posted.
4/6/26 I got a wonderful email from the company in response to my post and on this same day I received my replacement gift card. What started off as an unpleasant experience turned out to be a lesson in reaching out. Thank you Vanilla for you diligence.

Before purchasing, I saw a notice that said it should be delivered right after purchase is confirmed to the email. Then AFTER I made the purchase it said it could take 24-48 hours to be delivered. It’s DIGITAL! The money came out of my account instantly. This is super sketchy.
