I purchased the mini perfume sets which is £19.99. I have to say I love the smell of the perfumes, but they do not last at all on my skin, I even asked my daughter if I smelt nice and she couldn't smell it , I'd sprayed it a few times, this was Velvet Jasmin and Berry Curture is not lasting either which is a real shame.

I absolutely love theses products, I have the Lemon grass and Rosemary diffuser’s and have theses in every room in my house!
I have bought several gift boxes for presents and everyone loves them.
Not only are the products great, but the customer service has been excellent.

An amazing company with so much choice, great price point, very quick delivery times and fantastic customer service.

I received my order and part of it wasn’t the scent I had ordered.
Phoned customer services, which is based in the UK and is unique these days, spoke to one of the team and my issue was resolved there and then with no hassle whatsoever.

Uploaded photo evidence and told to keep the wrongly sent items!

Customers beware of special offers! A little disappointed with the special offer of buy 6 diffusers (at £65.95) and get an additional one free. My order said that I would receive 7 diffusers and at checkout I added a 15% discount for referring a friend which brought the final payment to £56.05. Even though this came under the £60, which was a requirement for getting the additional diffuser, my invoice still stated that I would receive 7 diffusers for this price. I only received 6. I phoned Valentte and emailed them only to be told that I had only spent £56.05 do did not qualify for the offer! However, my original cost was over £65 so I feel I was penalised for referring a friend. I have been using Valentte for sometime now and referred friends so Iam disappointed in their response. At least a warning should be issued before checkout to say the special offer would not be applied (as it does if an order does not meet the required payment for free delivery). Also the invoice should not reflect that the goods to be received include the free diffuser. Transparency is needed here

Smell not there now
I haven’t order so so many of these and swore by them a year ago - now , the smell dosent last and the soap is terrible after the first opening flush of fragrance
I’ve asked via instagram platform and just keep being told to email
I shan’t bother buying again which is a shame as I loved them - a year ago
I swear they’ve changed the formula but I just keep being told “your nose is used to it “

Great product- reed diffuser. Scents are really nice and any issues are resolved, no problem! I had an issue with my email address being wrong- my fault, Charlotte sorted this out for me- thank you Charlotte :)

Had a small problem with my last order the item was quickly replaced good customer service.

I bought 2 of the reed diffusers from the nec gardeners world, they have evaporated extremely quickly ( within 2 weeks) and I couldn't smell either even though they weren't in big rooms. I was really expecting them to be better than cheaper supermarket ones but I'm really disappointed.

So disappointed with these reed diffusers!I ordered three plus a gift box, but I can't smell any of them, and they evaporated super fast. Even in my small downstairs study, there's no scent. I've had much better luck with cheaper, off-the-shelf diffusers. Total waste of money.

Very happy with this company,
Especially as I was not satisfied with the strength of one of the 3 diffusers that I ordered.

Bought a set of reed diffusers for the 50th birthday of a colleague at work with money collected from other colleagues. I paid for the fastest delivery. The box arrived crumpled and torn with the boxes of all 4 diffusers damaged. I reached out to the company on there Saturday and let them know about the situation and that i needed it rectifying by the Wednesday as that was when i needed to give the gift. They said they would send new boxes by their expedited delivery. I then heard nothing. I emailed them on the Tuesday saying I'd not received the boxes and was now going to have to give the gift in an embarrassing state and got an abrupt email back saying standard delivery was 5-7 days. When I sent them an email with a screen shot of them stating they would be sent expedited delivery They apologised for their error and the same day I got a dispatch email for the boxes. This was all too late and I gave the gift and had to apologise for the state of it! The empty boxes eventually arrived on the Friday. They were completely useless to me by this point and have gone straight in the bin. I will never buy from this company again and I will not be recommending them to anyone. Their customer service is abysmal.

This is my second order of diffusers and candles from Valentte. The customer service has been amazing as I received my order and one of the diffusers was broken (obviously broken in transit) I had a new one sent out immediately. The products are lovely and are quite strong and make my house smell beautiful. I have also bought the soaps which have a lovely creamy lather and smell divine.

Can confidently use and burn with pets and baby in the house without worrying about toxins and they smell amazing! This is my 3rd and biggest order. This time I went for buy 2 candles get 2 free I choose 3 turkish rose as I loved it from my last bundle and one I hadn't tried mango and pineapple which is different to my normal scents and beautiful so will go with more of that next time. I also got the 3 reed diffusers 2 turkish rose and one new one twilight mist and its gorgeous and received a free neroli and lemon gift box which I have had before its beautiful! The products last so long and lighting one candle in my hall after 1 hour has filled my house so I blow it out and having the matching reed diffusers I know my home is going to smell amazing all the time now

After ordering from valentte , I was so impressed I’ve ordered 4 more times and will continue to order from them !! Service excellent and quality and smell are outstanding !! Would highly recommended and price us good to !! Love these products so much!!!

Valentte offer fantastic products including the best diffusers I've ever purchased. They make my house smell heavenly. I've now started buying them as gifts for others. Everyone comments on how lovely they are.

The Customer Service is also second to none. I e:mailed on a Sunday morning and got a response answering my request positively on the same day. Thanks Valentte!

Excellent Customer Service following an email sent regarding a diffuser that did not meet my expectations.
Delivery has been within 3 days and all carefully packaged.
I now have about 5 diffusers around the house and visitors are met with a fruity fragrance from the new Pineapple and Mango range, several visitors have remarked and requested details.
I regularly shop with Valentte and give their gift sets to family and friends for birthdays etc - they too now shop with Valentte.
The refill diffusers are great value and I have now got a stock for the next few months.

After placing my order of the Best selling gift box and 3 additional diffusers these all arrived a few days later, impeccably packed, however there was a small glitch with the candle, I contacted customer services and explained the issue, a few emails later, I received by express delivery a replacement candle. Excellent customer service 😊 and beautiful smelling fragrances. I have bought Valentte candles and diffusers before and have never had an issue. So was very pleased this was quickly solved. Bought the offer with the free gift box. I had one of their Reed diffusers bought for me about a year ago and it was quite strong although only lasted a couple of weeks. The new ones I have bought have no smell unless you are stood next to them, I gave one to my daughter to try and she has had the same experience, I feel like I have wasted 80pd. They are not delivering what they are advertising and that is unfair and misleading. I have contacted customer services three times and they have said it could be weather, size of room, something to do with the reeds - all of which are untrue, I have a Rituals diffuser which still smells strong and it’s almost all gone!
They have said I could have a refund on the ones I haven’t opened but it may take a while as it has to go to another processing department, I just think what’s the point, I may aswell cut my losses.
I definitely do not recommend this company, they are either selling some faulty products or the positive reviews are questionable- how can people have such different experiences. Avoid

I have received my 3rd order from yourselves and over the moon again.
This time i chose body butter along with reed diffuser and candle and was not disappointed.
Body butter is lush and smell stays on. I wont put anything else on my skin now.
