Love their diffusers, especially lemongrass & rosemary & wild mint & scillion lemon, also I have been fortunate enough with twice ordering that they had a special of buy three diffusers get a gift box free! Room sprays are also beautiful & the fragrance lasts long!

Lovely scents but don't last
I got 3 reed diffusers and the scents are unbelievably good! I was so happy with my purchase.
Unfortunately lasting "up to 12 weeks" can mean one week.
Pure lavender lasted a week and orange and chamomile about 4 weeks.
Mandarin and grapefruit is half way through, but it only has 2 reeds, so barely noticeable scent.
All kept out of direct sunlight, away from hot spots and wind.
As much as I love the scents they're too expensive for how long they last.

I ordered from this Company for the…first time with excellent service
I ordered from this Company for the first time a few weeks ago. My order arrived in good time but unfortunately the packaging had been interfered with, was badly damaged and had missing items.
I was unable to make a complaint to Royal Mail as I wasn't the sender, so I contacted Valentte. Within hours I had a response and within days replacement items.
This was exceptional service considering the fault was not that of the Company.
I will most definitely be using this Company again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I thought I would try these as an alternative to Jo Malone. Jo Malone might be expensive but they last much much longer than these ones have and with a continuous scent, so on that basis work out no more expensive.
The scent of these ones was great for the first few days and then non existent. The liquid went blue which I assumed was dye off the sticks, and the liquid gone in less than 4 weeks. My rooms are small so that’s not the reason for the lack of scent. Very odd considering most other reviews are positive.

Best fragrances and high quality
I purchased these after seeing them on instagram and so not regret it. Best candles and diffusers I have ever tried and now just ordered the hand wash and lotion and again no regrets. They work out great value with offers etc and they smell divine. Customer service is amazing, I’ve had to contact them about a reed issue and nothing was a hassle.

Very disappointed given all of the positive reviews ! Mine literally lasted less than 4 weeks despite everyone saying they last a long while. I tried to leave a review on the website but it is designed very cleverly !
Not sure why mine did not last long but won’t be buying again sadly !

Refills expensive
Absolutely the best diffusers ever the smell is divine but I have lots of empty glass bottles now and the refills are expensive, the offers are better to reorder the whole diffuser but then I will have lots of empty glass bottles. Wish the refills were cheaper and more economical.

Fabulous products and great customer service
These are the best diffusers and candles I have ever bought and I’ve bought from lots of places over the years. Be sure to try their essential oils and bodycare products too as they are fabulous. The body scrub is a special treat. It’s a great company that combines beautiful products with super customer service. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

My house smells beautiful! Even the postman commented from standing at the front door.
My house smells beautiful. Since finding Valentee I have not purchased home diffusers anywhere else. Everyone - including the postman has commented on how lovely the house smells. Ive recommended so many people and the best thing is we both benefit from 15% off our orders. My favourite smells are Lemon Grass and Rosemary with a very close second the newly returned fragrance Portovino. You seriously feel like you are abroad, the smells are Devine. Customer service is fantastic - not that Ive needed any support, however recently I did need to contact Valentee and their response was fair and quick. I cannot recommend them enough.

I emailed regarding an issue with a diffuser, they responded straight away explaining what the problem was and immediately offered to send me a replacement, great customer service and the best candles and diffusers I have purchased.

Their products are wonderful, the fragrances are very well balanced. Ordered many many time and always received beautifully packaged. Had a slight issue with 1 item on last order, their customer service responded immediately and had a replacement sent with no issues at all. Amazing service.

Fantastic company and customer service.I spoke to Kia this morning about no delivery of my order and no msgs of confirmation. Kia looked into this for me ,my fault not checking order,had went to a old address and old e-mail I have not used for a very long time.Apoligised and was told not to worry,they would get in touch with royal mail and also send me my order straight out.Cannot praise the service enough and also products are amazing .Thankyou

Phenomenal service and products
Having used these gorgeous diffusers over 10 years i have a favourite.. White Neroli and Lemon.. always a lovely gentle waft as I use 3 reeds which is nice balance. My latest didn't feel same and I contacted at weekend ..first class customer service..3 minutes I had personal response! And followed up again .. human touch not automatic acknowledgement!.. needless to say I look forward to my next delivery!.. keep up this level of customer satisfaction.. 👏

Delivery poor - no communication from them
Products are good but delivery is really bad. Specifically ordered enough to gain Express Delivery and four days later still haven’t received my order. Have received multiple ‘hope you’re enjoying your purchase’ emails!!! Still waiting for my order - really disappointed - no communication from them to advise delay and had to chase up order. Following my call it’s apparently been despatched today!!

The Valentte range is beautiful
The Valentte range is beautiful! My home has never smelt so fresh and homely.
My absolute favourite scent is Turkish rose and sandalwood! I have the diffusers everywhere and the essential oils for my diffusers. Not overpowering and they last for months! The candles are also lovely and burn all the way to the bottom, great for gifting too.
Very happy - I’m just keeping every crossed that they don’t ever discontinue my fave!
