Scentsational!
I'm sitting here in my dining room enjoying the glorious scent of cassis and wild fig. My diffuser is actually in the living room several metres away, and I can't believe the quality of these fragrances. I first experienced Valentte diffusers at my friend's house and thought I'd give them a try. I ordered three different fragrances on special offer and thought I might have to have them all on the go at once to fill the house with fragrance. I can now see that I only need to use one at a time. I know I'll get used to the scent over time and it will become less noticeable, but we don't fragrance our homes just for ourselves, do we? The bottles are a gorgeous design, too, and will look great in any room. Customer service was great, too. I ordered on Saturday and received my order today, Monday. Brilliant!

Free Gift not all it says deceiving
Advertising free hand wash retailing at 12.49 for 250ml
But when checking it’s only half the size ie 125ml not good service and they say it’s a mistake not sure which part the price or size

Great products and beautiful scents
I received my first introduction to Valentte, as a birthday gift. I was really impressed with it.
I've ordered twice since, and can honestly say that there isn't one scent I've tried so far I don't like. ( even pure lavender which is a pet hate of mine ).
I like the presentation of the items, how they are carefully boxed for delivery. I ordered on a Sunday and received my order promptly on the Wednesday.
I had contacted customer service, after I messed something up on my order. I received a prompt reply from Charlotte, who was very kind and helpful and solved my issue for me. I will definitely be ordering again

Great Products and Service
We have ordered several items from this company and have been very pleased with their products. We particularly like the lemongrass and rosemary diffusers.
We had one item that wasn't up to their usual standard when we opened it some weeks after placing the order. It was replaced very quickly without any issues. A sign that the company values it's customers.
Highly recommend.

Disappointing
I had high hopes for these but really disappointed. Purchased as I smelt a few of them at an airbnb and loved the strong scent. Bought on an offer of buy 2 get 2 free but still not cheap as the order was over £40 but didn’t mind paying more as I thought it would be good quality. I live in a small flat and have placed them in high traffic areas / turn them regularly etc. have had for 2 weeks and you can only smell them if you stand over them. I even have two in our open plan area but can’t smell anything. Wouldn’t buy again. For info I bought jasmine rosewood x 2, vanilla sandalwood and Turkish rose and sandalwood.
No one has been in touch with me from customer services as the response says below.

I’m absolutely in love with the…
I’m absolutely in love with the Lemongrass & Rosemary diffuser! I’ve smelled it in various homes and shops and was highly recommended to try it myself — I’m so glad I did!
They’re honestly fantastic reed diffusers, and the customer service is excellent too. I had a minor issue with my reed diffuser, but it was resolved within just a few days with no fuss.
I couldn’t recommend them more!

Fantastic products
Fantastic products, I have used their reed diffusers, room mists and diffuser oils
and they are top quality and also long lasting. Customer service are excellent too, one of the oils I ordered I wasn’t too keen on so they replaced it straight away. Lemongrass and Rosemary are my favourites but there are plenty of scents to choose from and all top quality.

Think I'll stick the white company diffusers!
Ordered from this company before but said I wouldn't use again due to the scent hardly being noticeable. Decided to try again after smelling them at a friends house ... what a huge disappointment yet again! Apart from them only being 3/4 full there is hardly any smell whatsoever! The handwash is very strong but the diffusers are an utter waste of money!

Great company
I have recently started using these reed diffusers and candles. I wish I had used them before. The dissusers last for quite a while and the smell lingers for ages. Often recieveing favourable comments from guests.
Customer service is always prompt and personal. You are definetly dealing with a 'person' and not a Bot. I will be ordering again soon.

The mini mists make great presents and a great way to try out new fragrances.
I was delighted to discover that I could return a product as I didnt like the scent. Spoke to Kia at customer services and she kindly arranged it all for me and at no cost.

I’ve been ordering from Valentte for…
I’ve been ordering from Valentte for many years and sadly have stopped. On the one occasion I decided to take out a delivery pass everything went wrong! Someone inputted my details incorrectly and the pass simply didn’t work so a complete waste of money. I reached out to the customer service team and they were terrible saying there was nothing they could do. I wouldn’t have minded, as a goodwill gesture, send out a / candle / diffuser for the hassle - literally nothing. So disappointing as a loyal customer.
