Love the look of these products and the scents are gorgeous, but very hit and miss. Sometimes the scent throw is good and other times non existent. Quality seems to be deteriorating over the last few years and prices going up, £18.99 now for a small candle which when you are not guaranteed a good strong scent is not affordable any more. I have family and friends who have ordered in the past and no more for the same reasons. A few years ago your products were amazing. I am disappointed for you as you’ve had time and plenty of other similar reviews recently to correct this. I’m hoping you will address it so customers like myself will not have to look elsewhere.

Valentte diffusers are the best I’ve bought. The fact that they are 100% natural was what attracted me initially. Once my home was filled with their aroma there was no going back! Love that they are a small company and that such care seems to go into their products 🩵

I ordered 2 spiced orange ( hopefully they will be nice) and 2 vanilla and sandlewood. Using 2 vanilla in my lounge and even with the door shut overnight can not smell anything. Very disappointed will NOT be ordering again. I got a £1.99 one from home bargains which has more smell!!

I have been a regular Valentte customer for at least a year now - as someone who absolutely loves a scented candle and appreciates quality, I was painfully shelling out £25-£40 per candle at places like The White Company etc. And then in walks Valentte! The candle bundles are unparalleled in terms of value for money (love the free gifts with each order!) but amazingly there is no compromise on quality either. As others have mentioned, they have a long burn time and a wonderful wide range of scents (and even better, non toxic for those of use with pets) that are so strong, everyone who comes to my house has commented how wonderful it smells. I adore their room sprays as well but have had limited experience with their diffusers. My only gripe is that you used to be able to select from the entire range of scents for the candle bundle and recently there have only been a limited option to chose from so hoping that they change this back!

Received as a present for a 60th birthday and a great present too, I shall choose the same in 2 weeks when I need a gift. Presented in a quality box, beautifully wrapped inside, lovely, Thankyou!!

I bought them a few times and was really pleased however my last order did not seem like the same product all, very disappointing.

I used to buy these diffusers all the time and they were great. Now, not so great. They claim not to dilute more but they are definitely not what they used to be. The smell is hardly there. Pity.

We love their fragrances, long lasting and luxurious. Professional and customer focused company. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Recently placed my third order with Valentte, beautiful products, exceptional fragrances & excellent customer service. Patchouli & Eucalyptus is my favourite so far, our home smells amazing, the room mists are fabulous. Can’t wait for my order of snow & sage diffuser & candle to arrive.

Had initially posted about an issue with returns & emailed customer Service.

Within 24 hours the issue has been resolved. I received an explanation and apology. This changed my opinion from disappointed and frustrated to impressed.

I did say in my original review the actual product was really well presented & high quality , the fragrances I picked in my bundle were just not for me (which I also noted was a very personal thing.)

Have since discovered colleagues who regularly order & absolutely adore the same scents , I didn’t take to - so as they add to their collection, I can have a sniff rather than buy blind. I’m sure I’ll find a winner. 

I ordered 10 diffuser and my freebie wasn’t sent. They have no interest in sending it out. Customer service don’t care. Never again will I order. My first one was a gift off a friend. Products were amazing so told all my friends about them. Do you have lost a lot of orders now

Ordered lemongrass & rosemary diffuser but the strong cheap chemical smell of lemon was so overpowering and unpleasant that I had to put it outside. Have asked for refund, they emailed a barcode for post office and I have obtained a certificate of posting but have not heard from the company since . Have tried to contact them to no avail but am still being bombarded with marketing emails. I think they’re a scam.
Since I wrote this I have heard from Valentte. In reply I handed my return to the post Office on the morning of 5th Oct but had no acknowledgment from Valentte the rest of that day or on the 6th or 7th and on the 8th when I still hadn’t heard I tried twice to send my certificate of posting through their website but the send button didn’t work and my message disappeared both times. I couldn’t find a way to write a review on their website so I used Trust Pilot. After this was published I was contacted by the company to say they had sent me two emails that I had read. Both were sent to me, one on the 8th (after my review) saying they had received my parcel and the other on the 9th Saying I would be issued with a partial refund. And that is all. I am still being bombarded with marketing emails from a mailing list (two per day) when I have received my refund I will unsubscribe.

I have purchased about 7 orders this year and every product has been stunning
Ive tried them all every visitor comments on how amazing my home smells
I will never buy from elsewhere
And there new wax melts range is fab

Made an order which got "stuck" in their system. I got no update and had to chase it up myself. Order was then posted to the wrong sorting centre.

Package shows as being somewhere in Wigan. I asked support for an update and have received no reply.

Customer service is questionable at best.

I have to admit, I was a little sceptical at first, especially as these diffusers are more expensive than your usual ones. But trust me, they’re worth every penny! The scent is absolutely gorgeous, the packaging is beautiful, and the whole product feels luxurious. You can really tell the quality is there. I’m so glad I gave them a try and I will definitely buy them again!

Have been ordering Valentte diffusers for a few years and always impressed until the last few months . Every multi buy just doesn’t throw out the usual scent. I put a new bottle of the same scent against one I was actually using and the colour of the unopened new one was almost clear and the scent was almost non existent when I did open it. It looked diluted. The price has also increased recently so reluctantly I’m going to shop elsewhere. Disappointed as I really loved their diffusers, but no point buying something that doesn’t do what it used to. Contacted their customer care but they weren’t really interested. Disappointed.

We've been using Valentta for several years now. Their products are excellent and very long lasting with prompt delivery. We use them in our home which always smells fresh without any hint of harsh chemicals.
The packaging is lovely and makes the perfect gift for friends and family.
Keep up the good work Valentta.

I'm sitting here in my dining room enjoying the glorious scent of cassis and wild fig. My diffuser is actually in the living room several metres away, and I can't believe the quality of these fragrances. I first experienced Valentte diffusers at my friend's house and thought I'd give them a try. I ordered three different fragrances on special offer and thought I might have to have them all on the go at once to fill the house with fragrance. I can now see that I only need to use one at a time. I know I'll get used to the scent over time and it will become less noticeable, but we don't fragrance our homes just for ourselves, do we? The bottles are a gorgeous design, too, and will look great in any room. Customer service was great, too. I ordered on Saturday and received my order today, Monday. Brilliant!
