My account manager was charming, helpful and informative, thanks again to her.

They harassed my mum. Refused to drop her line. She had a modem off of them but internet there was none for a year. I reported it and we were to blame when it was clearly the modem when checked. We asked them to drop the line several times because of lack of service. They threatened to charge stupid amounts of money for them to drop the line. Then she had no service on year 3 because the modem went down and never came back. Went to trading standards and ofcom to get them to drop the line. So they had no choice although they wouldn’t drop it the first few times. Got them to drop it. They never sent a return box for the equipment after having no service. Now my mum has been charged £711 primary because she got the line dropped. Customer service is dire, bad attitudes. Cohesive behaviour from customer service to stop her changing to a more reliable service. In all a very bad company selling to vulnerable people and trying to trap them into a very below unacceptable service.

The customer service department (sumitt)was extremely helpful in getting my routing sorted out and even phoned me back up s couple of days later to see if it’s still working ok for me.

Sami at V4 not only picked up the problem that I reported and acted on it promptly, she kept in touch to check and guide me through how to check that the problem was resolved. Even when it was resolved she stayed in touch just to be on the safe side....Now that's what I call Customer Service"

Very good customer services from team at 4Vconsumer. Spoke to several members of the team and to Dexter who was very helpful.

Really great reset my line within 5 mins really great service been with V4 for years and really recommend them very professional and polite when dealing with all of their services 10/10 really happy with them.

V4 Consumer allowed an unauthorised transfer of my broadband service to proceed despite me instructing them in writing, within 24 hours, not to do so. Their own email to me described the transfer as "unsolicited", yet they later claimed my services were released "following my consent." That claim was false and directly contradicted by their own correspondence.

Throughout the dispute they attempted to charge me an early termination fee for a contract they had effectively ended themselves, took two direct debit payments after my service was already disconnected, and repeatedly tried to make me feel responsible for an infrastructure problem that was never mine to solve.

After several weeks of formal complaint correspondence, they eventually agreed to close the account with no exit fee, but refused to refund the payments taken after disconnection.

The service itself was frequently unusable, regularly dropping well below the legal minimum speed, which I tolerated for the duration of my contract. The slamming and subsequent handling of my complaint was what finished it.

After a bad experience with Vodafone your company was my 4th call l was speaking with Malik l cannot praise him enough he was patient and kind l am a pensioner and not many people have the patience with pensioners so I knew l wanted to go ahead with my wi-fi
