She explained what my options were to stop infuriating scam calls, and what would happen if I changed my number; then went ahead and did exactly what was needed, without any fuss or confusion. She then checked that it was all working fine, as it was. I thank her, and you, for your help.

Since day 1 in 2025, dealing with V4 has always been exceptional. Malik in particular has been diligent, consistent, thorough and patient. After sales & new business are both exceptional. Also, much cheaper than my previous supplier.

Putting up prices during a contract does happen but from £28 to £45 and also demanding that my 75yr old mum renews her contract. They are rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. We aren't renewing her contract and then they tell us we must send all equipment back next day delivery or we will be charged. No return bag or postage paid, wants us to pay... about £15 postage.
Honestly these are a joke of a company and we will not be paying a penny more and taking it to the ombudsman.
Avoid at all cost!!!!

Great customer care and overall good service

Arpa was very patient with me setting up the router, house phone and mobile

Horrible Broadband Company.

1. Mid contract price rises (contract was fixed for 2 years and did not state a price rise).

2. They start harassing you with daily phone calls about 2 months before the contract ends.

3. And they want you to pay for return postage of the router. And they threaten you with a charge when they deem the returned router as not working.

4. Glad I escaped them.

By the way: You know what. If they hadn't increased the price mid contract (which is against the law because it was not stated in my contract), hadn't started harassing me with unwanted marketing calls, wouldn't insist I pay for the return postage of the router, I would maybe have ventured into a new fixed term deal with them. But they must know how to run a business.

Stay well away from this company…..poor service promise the earth deliver rubbish service… expensive … when you leave them due to poor service they threaten you with extortionate charges.
Experienced internet drop out all the time.
