There product knowledge is always very good, and I will always recommend them to my clients & friends every time, they always go above & beyond to help you if they can.

We visited the showroom on 3 April 2023 and were helped greatly by Jon who was very friendly and knowledgable. Having chosen our floor he found our best supply option and in no time we were all set for delivery. The showroom itself is excellent and well worth visiting for the wide range of sample floors, especially the very large samples which really help visualise the product. I would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom and extra thanks again to Jon, I cant recommend him highly enough.

V4 came recommended from a building designer and we weren’t disappointed when we visited the cool new showroom in Horsell, Woking. Jon Avenell couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. We’re still deliberating as to which parquet to go for, but impressed so far with service and the quality of the products.

Emailed V4 several times with questions to do with underfloor heating we had installed under their flooring, and cleaning and maintenance. Replies were very prompt, thorough and informative. Our floors looks amazing! Their Customer Service is superb!

Excellent showroom- Jon was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found pretty much exactly what we needed and Jon put us in touch with som people who could supply and fit, so worked out perfectly.

WE had been looking for flooring for a number of months and came across Jon Avenell at V4 Wood Flooring, Jon is a great person, very customer focus and, not once did he try to force us into making a rushed decision. We went there couple of times and corresponded via email and phone calls many a times. Finally when we went there for the final time we spent many hours, he was very patient, accommodating and guiding us, we left feeling really well looked after and achieved our goal of getting the right flooring.

Really great personal service from the team at V4 Wood Flooring. We are exploring getting engineered wood flooring for our new flat in London and staff were really knowledgable and answered all our questions and took the time to explain different options and the after care each type of floor will require. The showroom is amazing and very easy to get to from Woking station as we travelled up from London.
