We were recommended this showroom by a fitter we'd contacted for a quote as he said they had the best range of wood flooring products in the area. It's a fabulous showroom, really well set up, and Jon was very helpful in giving advice. We narrowed it down to three possibilities and took away samples so we could view them at home. Jon also followed up by email as promised with the information we'd requested. Very good quality products and by sourcing through the fitter the price has worked out within our budget. Would highly recommend a visit if you're looking for wood flooring.

We were recommended to visit V4 flooring by a friend whose contractors had used them and who was very pleased with her floor. We have been struggling to find the right look and quality but V4 had many options of flooring that ticked both boxes. The Showroom is an excellent space to try to understand your vision and Jon's advice and expertise was of great assistance.

We are awaiting a quotation from a contractor but having shown us a small sample of wood flooring he recommended that we visited the V4 showroom. It is a beautiful modern building tucked away in the Surrey countryside and has a superb selection of dozens of different floors arranged in large vertical and horizontal panels so that as a customer you can get a really good idea of how a laid floor would look.
It is there as a service to builders/contractors so there is no high pressure selling, just a really helpful and enthusiastic manager who took the time and trouble to explain the different finishes and guide us towards a choice we were happy with. We left with a couple of samples and a comprehensive glossy brochure.
Strongly suggest visiting if you are contemplating a wood floor.

We ended up at the V4 showroom (which is actually where wholesalers go to do their 'shopping') and Jon was very very helpful telling us all about what we need to look for in a floor and gave us ideas on how to address the creaking.
The showroom itself was excellent and it was so easy to look at different finishes. There was also a large version of all the smaller samples available to see which allowed us to picture how it would actually look on a larger scale. We then put it on the floor and looked at it in different lights.
We are so happy that we 'landed' at V4 flooring today and can't wait to complete on our house purchase so we can get these floors in!

Have recently purchased laminate flooring from V4 and their expert advise given throughout simply cannot be beaten. All samples arrived promptly (along with sweets) as did the flooring itself. The quality is second to none. The customer service received by Richard was simply superb. Highly recommend!
