Amazing showroom and spoilt for choice with the huge range of quality wood flooring. Service is outstanding (great coffee!) and the help and advice was much appreciated.

The showroom has the most amazing selection of wooden flooring in a wonderfully modern industrial style building. Richard was very helpful talking with such knowledge on the range of products available. I especially loved the coffee and homemade cake while I soaked up all the information as well!! For those wanting a real look at what their floor could look like, then a visit here is a must before purchasing. Thanks! Jenny

We’ve been undecided on which wood floor to go for since we started looking back in June. With our completion date for our new build now 3 weeks away we really needed to make a decision so coinciding with a trip to London for something else we visited their showroom. It was really helpful to see see such large samples. And has really helped us make a decision we have a winner!

Great customer service - staff friendly, listened very well to understand what we were looking for and were extremely knowledgeable.

We have had the V4 A111 flooring fitted and are very disappointed. We loved the colour and it looks lovely but it marks easily, and seems to leave these white marks which we can’t work out why they keep appearing. Floor has only been laid for 9 months and is also rippling.

Spent the morning with Rich the Marketing Director. So helpful. Rich spent a lot of time with me showing me the different products and explaining all of the different finishes. Gave me a big selection of large samples to take home with me so I could show my wife. Gave me lots of good advice and guidance about the performance of all the products.

The products are of a high quality the customer service is very good with a follow up email waiting for me when I got home. Highly recommend.

The design centre is a beautiful facility with all the woods and finishes all in large size displays that are really well lit and help you compare… there’s almost too much choice!
The staff were incredibly helpful.. and knowledgeable about the products. They were also very accommodating and entertained my seven year old the moment I tried to start looking at samples. Thanks again Georgie for all your help!
