We bought the V4 Cairngorm engineered wood floor for our house, to replace the carper at the first floor and we couldn't be happier. The colour and finish of this floor is amazing and the team at V4 has answer all our questions promptly. Amazing products and amazing company!

We received our samples today and it really helped in us making a decision on the right type and tone of flooring to choose. The flooring can look so different in different positions and lighting.

Outstanding showroom with plenty of parking, a welcoming guest area and excellent displays of the floor types in pull out drawers and huge pull out plank options too. The lighting can be adjusted in the showroom to simulate sunshine or harsher lights to see its effect on the wood colour.
We met Jon on the day and his knowledge was very valuable in guiding our decision making. They also have a very good display screen which enabled him to select previous customer in home examples to make the final decision easier.
Did I mention the great coffee too?
If you are going to be spending a lot of money on a wood floor this is the place you should visit to reassure you.

Yaz and Jon welcomed us last Saturday into the beautiful showroom and were incredibly patient and helpful, spending over 1h with us to show us different options. So glad I went as I came in with a clear idea of what I thought I wanted and left with a much better and cheaper option! There is A LOT of choice, which can be somewhat overwhelming, but take your time, enjoy a free coffee and let your gut feeling speak!

A great visit experience seeing all of the samples at large format and associated completed project images on a large screen. Jon imparted his knowledge in a relaxed and informative way and provided all the samples I needed to pass on to clients.

Excellent showroom with extensive selection of wood flooring samples to view in a very user friendly environment.
We spent an hour with Jon who knew everything there is to know about V4 products and he was both very helpful and instructive about all aspects of the products and their installation.

This is going to sound quite sad but I loved the v4 showroom. Over the years I've done a lot of design projects and therefore been to 1000s of showrooms and I can honestly say that theirs is the best I've been to. Lovely modern building, everything laid out immaculately, great sized samples to get a real feel/view of what it would look like, not cluttered, useful paint samples, complimentary drinks and most of all Lucy was superb to deal with. The fantastic service made us want to use them regardless of the product which we also fell in love with and can't wait to use on our self build home. Would thoroughly recommend to everyone.
