Renewal of Electricity Contract
I was contacted by Sukie Gill once we were in the renewal window and given all the information we needed to make a decision. Sukie also updated us on developments before we agreed a supplier. Once agreed, the documents came through straight away. It was a very easy and quick process. Thank you.

It was time for our utility contracts to be renewed. I went straight to Liam Tierney again, they have always been very helpful and I would truly recommend. Great communication, quick easy service. Their response to my online query was very rapid, the agent was very helpful and arranged a new contract which suited my requirements nicely.

Electricity rate saving

First timer!
I put an enquiry in and then spoke to Stuart Openshaw. This is the first time I have used the site and I was very impressed. Stuart was friendly, clear and knowledgeable. He talked me through everything and explained the differences and answered all of my questions. He called me back at exactly the time we set and completed the transaction before he left today. Excellent service. Very competitive.

Renewal of new Electricity Contracts
Our contracts were coming up for renewal.
David Grimshaw in the contracts team at Utility Bidder was great.
He went over and beyond to help me get the new contracts in place from the time I requested quotes to the end where the agreement was in place.
David was very efficient, knowledgeable in his role and even went one step further and did a spreadsheet for all our companies giving me a comparison which helped me so much.... Thank you David it was a pleasure dealing with you
