The service is very good
The service is very good. There was a problem with our metre as we live in the middle of nowhere and the metre didn’t have an exact adddress but you sorted it no problem with a little change to the quote but nothing drastic and so much better than what we have been paying. The saving has been amazing.

Contacted the company for a quote, received a quick response from Wesley Adams, who then proceeded to provide the quotes promptly, in a professional and friendly manner, with no pressure. Honest opinion and rationale provided regarding the quotes against others and how they are gathered, instilling confidence with the company. Easy transaction completed.

Robin was good in his job
Robin was good in his job. He game a list of five providers in a columnar form showing the unit price and the daily rates of Electricity. I was able to work out the best provider for my business. He rang me at the agreed time and date and helped to make a decision. This is the first time I have used the company. Hopefully I will be able to use it in the future

Efficient and found us a much better deal
Liam Tierney was very quick in responding to our enquiry and very rapidly found us a much better deal for our business electricity contracts, it's just a shame we hadn't explored this avenue before and have been paying way over the odds with Ruby Energy/BES!

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE AVOID
Very disappointing experience that has completely put me off using a broker in the future. Despite going live with the supplier they introduced, I was pursued for ££750+VAT a breach fee and I am still being chased by recovery companies, even after receiving written confirmation from one of their managers ( Sarah Candy ) that the matter had been closed. The whole process and being threatened with legal action has been stressful and frustrating.
Businesses should proceed with caution.

Always offer assistance
Been using Utility Bidder for a number of years. Twice Leah J has helped me when my energy providers have made a complete mess of my bills. Always helpful and willing to listen even when I've rambled on in frustration. Both times she has liaised on my behalf and got the problems resolved very quickly. She is the main reason I use Utility Bidder. Knowing you can speak to someone and get help if there is a problem gives me piece of mind.
