Utility Bidder made life easier from the onset. We had just bought a commercial property, had inherited a hefty daily charge & high. Rate & it was all solved within 30 mins. Current suppliers notified of change of ownership, & new deal and suppliers contracted. Wesley was polite, informative, & gave me options & explained them so I could make informed decisions. I think that I was offered the best…
I think that I was offered the best deal available; perhaps the only down side was that there did seem to be pressure to come to an early settlement. I think this may have been due to the deal on offer being only available for a limited period but it might have been because the agent had a target to reach.

Simple and stress free
I have been using utility bidder for a few years now as we have several utility meters and it was becoming increasingly difficult and time consuming to renew the contracts and search for deals - Utility Bidder takes the hard work away, they literally do everything! Terrible customer service and unacceptable communication
My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I called customer service multiple times and got absolutely nowhere. There was no real sense of ownership, very little communication, and the time it took to get any kind of response was completely unacceptable.
The whole process was frustrating, poorly handled, and left me feeling ignored. I expected a basic level of professionalism and support, but that simply did not happen.
My experience with agent was especially unhelpful, and I was left without any meaningful assistance or resolution.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Typically a cancellation charge occurs when the contract that was agreed with yourself fails to go live, usually when a contract has been agree elsewhere. For clarity, this is not two contracts, the breach is within our terms and conditions of service that would have been agreed when accepting a new supplier contract.
We are only able to see limited information on Trustpilot and are unable to locate your case. We have requested more information via Trustpilot, please could you provide this so we are able to investigate further.

Be Aware of hidden terms and conditions
Another deceiving company, they only say about contract with the energy company but the fact we are signed in 2 contracts. The utility bidder itself is another contract, in case if you have closed your business or sell it, we have to pay their fee which they don’t clear mention when taking energy contract, because no one would like to end up in 2 contracts for supplier. And when business sold they are going to send bill of their commission. Better go with supplier and pay little extra rather than signing another contract with deceiving company.
