Placed an order for a test kit
Placed an order for a test kit, it was shipped out the next business day, received a tracking number and when it was delivered the LTL carrier actually rang the doorbell. We sent it back a week or two later, awaiting results.

I purchased the test and sent it back. It was received back on December 5 to the testing place. I still have not received any results and it is now December 22.

My call was answered promptly. The service technician was knowledgeable and familiar with my equipment. My questions led to purchasing the correct parts. Order was processed and arrived without issue. Not my first time having a great experience with their service side.

Took several weeks to get all items ordered.
My order took 8 days to be shipped out and was delivered 3 days later. The Bodyguard whole house filter arrived missing the Micron Magna filter. I called and was told it would arrive in 2 days. On day 5 or so I called again and was told I'd receive an email in 30-60 minutes saying the filter was scheduled to ship. Several hours later I had to call again. It took 3 calls to finally get the item scheduled to ship.

The Raptor system I use really kind of…
The Raptor system I use really kind of sucks. I’ve had several pumps replaced. It came with a 5300 and I’ve been able to find them on Amazon until recently. I try to keep a backup because it cost me thousands in the past waiting. Your site wasn’t helpful finding a replacement. I ordered I think 5800 and it was never sent. I called today about it and wanted a compatible unit. Customer service said they would have a tech let me know if it is and would change it if not. I received a message saying the 5800 shipped and the tech emailed I should be using the 8800 since that’s what the new ones come with. So now the wrong one is on its way and I don’t have a backup.
I’m very unhappy.
