System was easy to install and works great. The sink faucet that ships with it is less than ideal being spring loaded requires 2 hands and is inconvenient especially when filling a coffee pot. This was unexpected and I purchased a turn lever faucet to install. I suggest you offer the unit with a choice of faucets.

Customer service is some of the best around! As far as the system goes, I haven't used it, but wanted to leave a review on the quality of customer service. Very quick responses to help me pick out the right system and then quick to fix an issue that wasn't their fault but the shipping.

Not like riding a bike
I really only need to touch my RO system when I replace the filters (1X a year) and it always seems like I forget the tips/tricks to get everything back in-order and operational. It appears their website has been updated with more of the guidance topics and that helps this memory challenged customer! I have, in the past, contacted them directly with great success.
