Easy installation, R.O. system works peerfectly. And it works great with my nugget ice maker. Before this filtration system I used to see mineral flecks in the ice, now there are no more flecks.

I can honestly say everybody was very helpful and troubleshooting Ro 5 filtered unit. It took a little bit to troubleshoot all the way to what was causing the issues but the help we received help us to navigate some of it on her own and with their help get what we needed ordered

Sentry PFN pollutes water. Fluoride filter appears to be doing the same. Not great customer service. Just bad all around.

Cost me 300 bucks to have someone come in and change the sand and stuff inside but.....US WATER owned the problem and sent the parts A.S.A..P...great service. However...I never got an instruction book with the system but did have one emailed to me......just not the same everything should be shipped with instructions as I had no clue and could not have dome this by myself.

After purchasing an RO water kit from my local hardware store, I quickly found out that the faucet that came included with the kit was a low quality piece of garbage. I replaced the faucet once after it began leaking after only a few months, and it was covered under warranty, but after a few more months it had loosened up in the same way the first one did. At this point, I didn't want to mess around with more low quality junk that could end up causing a huge leak in my house, so I set out to find something that was actually produced well, that the manufacturer would stand behind. I did tons of research on Amazon, finding most of the options on there could be prone to the same problems I already had, judging by the reviews. I was not comfortable trying anything I could find on Amazon, so I did a deeper dive on the internet and by chance stumbled across US Water Systems and was drawn in by their US made products backed by a 5 year warranty. Finally, a company that would stand behind their products! I was very impressed by the construction of the RO faucet compared to what I had been sold to date, so I decided to take a chance. I ordered the faucet and received it the following week, and got it installed that night. My wife was immediately impressed by the quality, and said this faucet was built "like a tank." The install was a piece of cake, and you can tell how much better this is made in terms of construction. I would highly recommend this to anyone who was in the same boat that I was in with the cheap garbage that is so prevalent on the market. 5 stars!

I placed order of water softner on December 2nd and today is December 9th and no updates of delivery, very slow service.
