When our agent called you with an update, you refused to listen and then proceeded to leave a negative review without any basis. We believe this review is unjustified, especially since no financial loss or service failure occurred. The agreement and deposit were online and straight forward. I shipped a Chevy Silverado 1500. It was picked up and delivered within the delivery window. There were no issues. Price was market rate.

The company (US Royal Transport) was as good as its word (and its previous great reviews). My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. The price, while not the lowest out there, was reasonable, and there were no hidden fees of any sort. Both the driver and the agent (Sam Williams) were great about keeping in touch. I prefer this company for further shipment.
