Wrong item delivered even though it was pre ordered months prior to release

Being new to model kit collecting, USAGS has not only introduced me to a wide variety of brands, designs and customization options but also has a wealth of info they provide via social media and YouTube. Also, shopping the online store is a joy and a very affordable option for collectors! Every delivery has been securely and safely packed, with each kit being in pristine condition. I’m a loyal customer now and recommend USAGS as a valuable and comfortable space for folks new to model kits to explore as well as seasoned pros.

Amazing shipping time! Did not know they utilized Amazon shipping line for some of their products. Where items used to take 7 days, my recent purchase arrived a full 5 days ahead of expected time.

The products are always exactly as described in all original packaging and in mint condition.

Pricing is perfect, especially for a collector, entry level builder and hobbyist.

Boxes are well packed and shipped promptly.

Package was received on predicted date range, communication of shipping was well kept, the box itself was in perfect condition and all the parts were inside. Shipping definitely raised the price by ~$10 so keep that in mind for your purchases from here.

Great packaging and speed of delivery. The items were either bubble wrapped or the package had filler balloons to keep the individual items were not damaged.

I placed a preorder and a standard order. The preorder exceeded the time frame for the estimate and I received a message detailing the preorder delay, then another delay. Finally, I received a request if I wanted the standard order shipped, which I stated yes to.
Communication has been good and I have bought other things here before too.
I will continue to shop here as well for my Gundam and modeling needs.

I got a metallic magenta marker. It was advertised as leaning pink. But I was actually dark purple. False advertising, waste of money.

I think this company is extremely underrated. I ordered a Bandai Nui Nui Turbo Granny posable plush, it came way early then I expected. My plush came in inside a plastic bag with the product not squished at all. It looked exactly like the pictures. The box had no dents or rips.
I highly recommend USA Gundam.

They have a lot of stock of many different items. I was shopping Gundam Model Kits. They have a lot. They even have other Mecha Model Kits in stock that other stores don't have. Prices are competitive and orders are shipped out within 1 business day. They used Amazon shipping service for my order, which rivals UPS for me and they are great.
