Large inventory, I’ve had an issue with shipping where an item was lost and they sent a replacement without too much effort. Friendly staff and the owner makes YouTube videos about his inventory etc.

Simple to find what I wanted.
What I wanted was in stock and at a fair price, a difficult combination these days.
The delivery time was okay.

I am not a Gundam person. I've seen some incredible builds but I'm more in to armor/aircraft kits. Has that stopped me from shopping at usagundamstore? Nope! One thing I have noticed when I returned to model building was the Gundam builders had some AMAZING modeling tools and supplies that I've never seen before! And since USAGS has some great sales at times I've been able to get tools from Dspiae, Stedi and USAGS house brand at great prices! So I recommend giving them a look even if you not a Gundam person. I'm glad I did!

The large order I placed during USAGS's Apex 10th Birthday sale arrived crushed, and while I do not blame USAGS for that, I have been trying to contact them for going on 3 months now and have heard NOTHING back.

4/29 I sent a comprehensive email to their support at the time of delivery with pictures and a list of items that appeared damaged and waited for instruction before breaking the plastic wrap on the products.

I waited a week. 5/7 Nothing. That's fine, they likely were still processing sales from their anniversary. I sent a followup and waited again. 6/10, a month later, still nothing. Sent another followup email to their support. A month later (7/10, now) still nothing.

I had spent over $1K on the items delivered. While USAG's packaging job itself was great and I blame Amazon Delivery for stacking something heavy enough to accordion crush the cartons in my order, the followup experience is entirely on USAGS.

The delivery was on time. The price for the items plus shipping was fair. But they did package my items A LOT BETTER than other cheaper sites like Ali Express.

I like the fact that, even though your name store is heavily associated with the Gundam brand, you offer a diverse range of 3rd party brands for customer consideration. I love the Gundam lore but sometimes the variations seem more like the same and I need a break. Your open selection options help feed my need for fresh plastic goodness. This makes it possible to always find something within a reasonable price point. I also find your delivery service outstanding. BTW my wallet hates you!!!

I used to like ordering from USAGS. But as my gunpla collection grows, I found it harder and harder to find items I want on USAGS. A lot of kits that are available on other platforms are on preorder on USAGS, and many preorders are delayed by months or just never arrived. It is also cluttered by a large number of 3rd party kits that I am not interested in. Site puts too much emphasis on preorders that like I stated, no guarantee they will ever be available. I wish there is a way to filter out preorders and only show things actually in stock, but no, that's not possible. As of this recent order, I waited 5 months for two preorder items only to see them get further postponed, and I eventually cancel them.

1st of all I am sorry that I gave a 1-star review on May 21, 2026. That was totally uncalled for and now deleted. Thak you to Adam for reaching out to me and discussing that matter with me. My bad for my misunderstanding. I'm still a fan and buyer of the store. Great items and great service.
